Brian was extremely detailed and so professional he made us feel very comfortable and was able to answer questions with patience and making sure that we were able to understand each other. He’s a great customer service representative who treats everyone equally and so respectful. Im glad he assisted us with the process and upgraded of our iPhone 17 pro max

Brian is a great salesman and representative he’s a great communicator and attentive to the customer needs and concerns. He treated us with dignity and respect and he is extremely humble and so knowledgeable and the company he serves. Overall Brian is a extraordinary addition to the Verizon team. My hats off to him for his ability to make customers feel good about their purchase.

Mark was patient and provided excellent service. He made sure I fully understood my options and got what worked best for me! He helped me trade my phone and upgrade my plan. He even helped me figure out the best plan for my husband back home.

Had a great experience upgrading my phone at this location. The employees listened to what I wanted, clearly explained my options, and weren’t pushy trying to sell me things while also being very knowledgeable about the products and services that were available to me. Brian explained everything clearly and was very patient both with me and with the customers who came in while he was assisting me. Happy to say this is my new go to Verizon store in the city!

Mr. Boris was extremely helpful and friendly to me and my mother. He was very busy but was able to help the customers before and after us with their purchases and queries, and he took the time in between to ask what help we needed and within 20 minutes he was able to switch my mother from her old carrier to my plan and set up her cellphone and keep her number. Very polite and professional. If anyone ever wants great customer service Mr. Boris is the man to see. I will always return to this store if I want to purchase or ask a question about what would be the best option for my Verizon service plan or upgrades. I have to say after having a very unfortunate and frustrating experience with Verizon online, I went into my local Verizon in Williamsburg as a last attempt to get a human in person to help me. I went in defeated and explained my situation to Boris the store manager and was immediately out at ease. He was empathetic, patient and kind, listened to me and reassured me he would help me to resolve this issue. He invested a large amount of time on the phone w Verizon online to help me resolve this issue. He was kind and patient the entire time. He did not need to help me, this was not his doing or his problem but he did anyway. He is a gem of a human and had I started my inquiry with Verizon in my local store I would have left happy, with a new plan and a new phone. He deserves accolades for customer service. If you are thinking of getting verizon go see him! He’s the very best!

Boris is awesome!! Very knowledgeable and helpful, didn’t make me feel like an idiot for my lack of understanding and he was witty and really cleared up all my questions and concerns. This man deserves a raise, promotion and praise because it is rare to find such helpful individuals in service who really cover all bases while looking out for the customer.

This shop is tops, not going anywhere else for phones now! Super well-informed, helpful, really explain everything thoroughly and hook you up with the phone that's right for you. I had an appointment, got seen immediately, had my upgraded phone, all my data transferred etc. and out in less than an hour. In the past, at another Verizon store, it took that long after my appointment time just to get seen by the specialist! 😂 Props to Mark and the team Your Wireless/Verizon, this place is great.

Ariana at Verizon was truly amazing. I came in extremely upset and overwhelmed, and she helped me immediately with so much patience and kindness. She got my phone and e-SIM sorted out quickly and even fixed an iMessage issue that Apple had been completely unsupportive on. She stayed calm, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved — and she did. I walked out with everything fixed. Ariana is exactly the kind of person you hope to get when something goes wrong. Huge thank you to her!
