Brian was extremely detailed and so professional he made us feel very comfortable and was able to answer questions with patience and making sure that we were able to understand each other. He’s a great customer service representative who treats everyone equally and so respectful. Im glad he assisted us with the process and upgraded of our iPhone 17 pro max

Brian is a great salesman and representative he’s a great communicator and attentive to the customer needs and concerns. He treated us with dignity and respect and he is extremely humble and so knowledgeable and the company he serves. Overall Brian is a extraordinary addition to the Verizon team.
