Called in an emergency request after hours at a residential property and a very polite young man named Nathan responded to the issue within the hour. When I showed him the problem he jokingly said "Is that it?" And he had the whole situation under control in about 1 hour or less after procuring some materials that were in stock in his work vehicle. Pricing was about market rate for this type of job.
