5 stars isn't enough for Chelsea and her venue operations!
I am the owner of Under the Oak Catering and the new venue Landon Estate. Honestly, we owe a great deal of our success solely to her! She opened the Maxwell shortly after we started getting noticed as a great caterer in the Triangle area. My wife and I met with her and discussed our ethos and vision for growth. We immediately appreciated her attention to detail and the level of hospitality they offered at the Maxwell and knew she had something special.
And she certainly does now! It's been an incredible watching her evolve this venue. Starting out, it already was one of the most organized, clean, well thought out venue layouts we had ever worked in. Every detail had a purpose, nothing an after thought. You would have thought that they had been in business 10 years the first time you worked there.
Then we met the team she built and the hospitality she instilled in them. Unmatched anywhere in the Triangle and still is to this day. Her staff is extremely hard working and friendly, always on point and ready to help. And as a venue owner, she's does such a great job during the week and with her team, she doesn't have to work the events (everyone's goal in this game!)
She continues to evolve with new trends, pushes new ideas, but also maintains the highest caliber of service and care throughout.
Her venue guidance has been so helpful and appreciated as we built Landon Estate. Since we were already in the industry, I thought this would be easy...... It's not..... at all! Even for a seasoned professional like me, who thinks they know everything, BAHAHAHAHA! Well we sure didn't and it has cost us thousands of $$$$. So many unknowns going into a project like this, I wish I would have seaked her guidance sooner!
I truly cannot speak highly enough about Chelsea and how she runs her venue and consulting business. If you are looking to open a venue or just need to figure out what they hell your doing.... call her!
