Sam,Jose and team did a great job on garage slab. They're great to work with. The communication was spot on. When finished made sure everything was clean and owner satisfied. 5 stars is not enough!

Valasquez Concrete did a phenomenal job converting my crawl space into a basement for my shop and storage. Sam gave the best quote and the crew did exceptional work digging out the rest of the basement. I tried doing this on my own but after a few weeks of digging said this was time for professionals. They follow the structural engineers plans and removed columns, replaced with lvls and built the retaining walls and footers per engineering specification. They are family-owned business and they treated me like family and took very good care of my project. I could not be any happier with them and highly recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work.

Update - would give more stars if I could! Sam and team came in to save this job that was started by a previous company. They were timely and great to work with!! We can't wait to see our fully cured new driveway and walkways. Thanks, Sam!!! While I did not have the pleasure of working with Mr. Velasquez yet, I reached out to him for a challenge I am having with another company. I am so gracious he took the time to research, provide feedback and listen to my story. Due to contractual reasons, I am stuck with the company I signed with unless they provide a defunct product and/or breach the contract in another manner. If I need a rescue, I will 100% be calling Velasquez Concrete - thank you again!!

I highly recommend these guys for your concrete needs. They do high quality work at a reasonable price. They are do a great job of communicating and explaining their work. They did a stamped concrete pad for me and I did not have any complaints about their work. Fantastic work all around. Any future work that I need will be done by Jose and Sammy.
