Mr. Kashif, the owner, is a very polite person. However, his staff is definitely extremely unprofessional and does not keep him informed. Having repaired my AC unit, went here to repair a leaking heater coil for my WagonR and general service. Provided my own engine oil , engine flush and coolant. They pointed out some oil leaks due to which a complete suspension replacement will be necessary amounting to ₹30,000 above the quoted ₹10,000 for repair and general service. I could not afford such an expenditure so skipped the suspension overhaul. Vehicle was kept for few days but after repair I noticed a small antenna drilled using drywall screw to the body like a jugaad. Also, while the coolant leak was rectified, the steering was off-center by 30 degrees. When I notified this, they said steering issue was there from earlier due to faulty suspension, as steering wheel was not removed to change the coil. This is not possible, as they had shared pictures of dashboard removal which I had to remind them. They reinstalled the steering and fitted a local antenna but the wires were not tucked in. Also, since then the AC knobs are malfunctioning, hot air keeps leaking neeer the feet because the vent packing is missing, nuts and bolts are falling near the feet randomly, the steering column cover is missing and vehicle is much noisier than before, including a lot of noise from steering rack. As a precaution I checked the oil and coolant levels. Oil level was within range but the coolant level was low. I was told all 3 litres was consumed, but I had to add extra 1.5 litres to top up. I left my vehicle for 3 days with them and another day after I flagged issues with it. Due to Ramadan the workshop was closing early, neither did I have the time to check each and every issue with scrutiny. However, I simply expected them to test-drive to make sure the vehicle at least meets the quality when it was received. I did not go back, because the experience left no confidence in me and I had no energy for the constant to-and-fro. I regularly visited Vasanti Auto. for repairs and maintenance. Jain uncle took utmost care of my aging family car at very reasonable charges. Sadly they have closed and I placed faith in Vehicle Solutions. While I felt welcome thanks to Mr. Kashif's professional demeanor and hospitality, the service has been extremely apalling. I hope they rectify this but I cannot afford to give them a second chance, now that I have to redo a dashboard, AC vent and steering rack repair, possibly from Jeewan Motors or RMJ Motors dealerships.

I had a very disappointing experience at Vehicle Solution I went there for hard water stains removal from car glasses and a car wash. The owner (I believe) told me clearly that everything would be done by 2:00 PM, and the car would be ready between 1:30–2:00 PM. Based on this commitment, I decided to wait there. However, the work started late. The car wash itself was completed only by 2:30 PM. I assumed the delay was because the glass hard water removal work was also in progress, but when I went to check my car, I saw that no glass work had even started. I then went to the office to complain. There, I was told that my work was already done, which was completely false. When I pointed out that no hard water removal had been done on the glass, they checked again and realized that the glass work had not been started at all. After that, they told me that the stains are difficult to remove and cannot be done today, and asked me to leave the car for the entire next day. This was never informed earlier. I also noticed they were planning to use sandpaper (retmal), which could damage the glass, making me even more uncomfortable. Giving a clear time commitment, making the customer wait for hours, providing wrong information, and then finally saying “Aaj nahi ho payega” is very unprofessional. Poor time management, false communication, and waste of time. I did not get the work done here and do not recommend this workshop.
