I’m so grateful to have found Billy. From our very first appointment, I felt genuinely listened to. He doesn’t rush through sessions, he takes the time to really understand what’s going on, which makes a huge difference when trying to figure out the right treatment plan.
One of the things I appreciate most is how non-judgmental he is. I’ve been able to talk openly about things that aren’t always easy to say out loud, and I’ve never once felt dismissed or uncomfortable. He explains medications in a way that’s clear and approachable, how they work, what symptoms they’re meant to help with, and what side effects I might notice; I always leave feeling informed rather than uncertain.
It’s also clear that he pays attention. He references details from previous sessions without me having to repeat myself, which makes me feel seen as a whole person, not just a chart.
What really stands out, though, is his availability between appointments. Knowing I can reach out if something shifts or if I have concerns gives me real peace of mind. That kind of support is rare, and it’s meant a lot to me.
