I rented a limo for my daughters prom. Was extremely happy with the service. Limo arrived on time, was clean inside. The driver was extremely friendly. When the kids were ready to leave earlier from the prom, they just called the driver and he came right away to pick them up. I would highly recommend them. I will book them again when I need a limo.

Gino was great to deal with. Price was good. Gary our driver was professional and accommodating. Will definitively use them again.

We booked a limousine for our son’s prom. We were extremely nervous since our son and his date are both autistic. They reassured us that they would be in good hands and he really made us feel safe. The day before prom , we received a call telling us the AC wasn’t working anymore on the limousine we rented. They explained to us that the company would upgrade us to an suv limousine at no extra cost. We were very happy. The day of the prom , a gigantic white limo parked at our door. It was humongous ! I truly didn’t expect that big 😂 The driver introduced himself. Very professional, extremely polite and he made me feel confident my son would be safe. We obviously took family pictures and my son left to get his date for the prom. They took more family pictures there and the lovebirds left for a romantic ride & prom. I would like to thank Gino for being so reassuring & professional. My son & his date had a fairytale experience. I would also like to thank our driver Gary that were absolutely fantastic with our teen and totally understanding of the needs of his clients. I highly recommend this company. They are accommodating, understanding, extremely human and so professional. Thank you guys ❤️

I am so happy to have booked with Vegas Limos for our wedding!! We had a seamless, wonderful experience from start to finish. Gino was so patient, calm, and helpful every step of booking and on our wedding day. He has experience with brides and couples on their day and was so reassuring! What a beautiful touch to our day to have rented this 1956 Rolls Royce, not to mention the outstanding service, being flexible with changing times, knowing where to park for photos, champagne and refreshments after the ceremony as well as between locations. Have you seen the classic Rolls and Cadillac? Gino has looked after my daughters and family for years. The only team I call in Ottawa - don’t bother looking elsewhere.

I could not have been more pleased with the service received from Vegas Limousine! I arranged for a car for my daughter’s 16th birthday and everything was perfect! Not only was our driver Len an absolute pleasure, but I also can’t thank Gino enough for enabling me to change the date (thanks to Doug Ford) at the last minute and for tech support in the car that evening! We booked two vehicles for our wedding and had an amazing experience. We had to switch times around a bit and they were so accommodating - Gino was helpful and responsive. Both of our drivers were lovely - super patient and came prepared for the rain and made sure the bridal party didn’t get wet getting in and out of the car. Definitely recommend!

Gino was great to work with. We got an 18 passenger Hummer limousine for our wedding and it was the perfect size for our large bridal party. The limo drive came early to my pickup location and was very courteous. I had a ballgown wedding dress which was difficult to move around in sometimes, but the driver kindly lent his arm as support as I got in and out of the limo. The only downside was that the A/C wasn't working and it was a very humid day. Other than that, they had great service!

We reached out to Gino to rent a limousine as well as a mini-bus for our wedding. Gino was consistently accessible round the clock to address our inquiries. Gilles, the limousine driver, and Gary, the bus driver, both arrived in formal attire and exhibited a high level of friendliness and professionalism. The limousine was spacious and clean, and our guests reported that the seats on the bus were very comfortable.
