Will use again if need be. Wind damage a little over a month ago , helped with insurance really went above and beyond to get things taken care of. Quick and efficient crew , total clean up I'm impressed.

We hired Vector Roofing to do our level 9 roof. We bought a hundred yr old home in July of 2024 and discovered the roof was not as good as it looked. Vector was called to come and do a free inspection in November, and I followed the assessor around so that I could ask all the right questions. We don't like paying top dollar for things, but we also don't want our roof to be giving out in 10 or 15 yrs, if not sooner. Come to find out, this home didn't even have a ventilation system in the attic, which is not good for many reasons. So here is what Vector provided for us: Removal of a crumbling/leaning/obsolete chimney that was perched at the highest peak of the roof, ventilation that ran the full-length of the house, new decking where 3 large holes were found, an application of two superior materials under the high-quality tiles we chose and nicely done flashing around all the dormers/valleys. They further impressed us by the following: They were able to arrive to do the job a week earlier than scheduled (1st weekend in Dec), they laid massive tarps all around the house before stripping off the old materials, they took all the guttering off to prevent damage to them, they worked approximately 10-hour days and it only took them 2 days to do ALL of what I listed. When they finished, all the stripped material was hauled off, gutters were put back on and a magnet was rolled all around the yard for any stray nails! I used a magnet after they left all around the property, as well, and I only found 2 nails. That is impressive, as most of you would know, if you've ever had a building reroofed. I'm not sure but I think there was at least 5 crewmen and a supervisor who made sure it was all done properly and took many photos throughout the process. We were so, so happy we chose them, and we would certainly recommend them to anyone. We are the talk of the neighborhood, and we've even had some come and tell us how beautiful it is!
