Had to call a locksmith after a burglary. He arrived in under an hour and was friendly and reassuring. He replaced all the locks in the house and even fixed a door that had been awkward to open and close for ages. Everything feels much more secure now. Great service from someone who clearly cares about what they do. I’d happily recommend him to anyone.

Vlada is very professional. He came at the time he estimated for arrival, with the adequate tools. He explains to customers what different options they have got, and what he recommends, and he is indeed a decent gentleman, who doesn't even let you feel that there is a problem at all. Vlad was a really gem of a guy / upon contacting him he was at my house from Coventry to Lutterworth within 30 to 40 minutes and after surveying the three locks we wanted changing he had replaced them with the high security 3 star rated locks and all done in less than one hour - what brilliant service and a guy who knows how to treat customers and show them respect- a very rare quality these days - so highly recommend Vlad to anyone who wants a prompt and efficient service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic work, within an hour our door (which hadn’t locked for 3+weeks!) was fixed, and attention to detail was great. He even oiled the hinges and stopped where it was knocking! Great job and friendly trustworthy service - will recommend and use again in future if needed!
