Peyman and his team are amazing. We had a different wall removal specialist booked 2 months in advance for our renovation project. When the time was finally coming, this other company wasn’t answering the phone, had very bad communication, and was late to start the job even though we booked so far in advance. Peyman came for a quote within 24 hours after contacting him. He seemed honest and very experienced. He proved his honesty and experience with a job well done. He was able to read my drawings perfectly, and work closely with my engineer to get the job done correctly. We removed a load bearing wall and I got a 24ft steel beam installed. Peyman did a very good job with a difficult project. Whenever he ran into a snag (which is common in 100+ year old houses), he offered me two-three options of ways to mitigate, and never forced the easiest option on me. He stuck to his pricing from the initial quote, and got the job done perfectly on time, including inspections with the City of Toronto.
