Honestly this was a great experience. Joe is fast and responsive. He was able to find the identical looking replacement so my strata could approve the door. We got a new door, track, motor, and accessories. The price is great, less than I expected. Removal of the existing and installation only took 2 hours total. Highly recommended as a local business.

My morning did not start well when I couldn't get into my garage. I was able to exit my garage but upon my return, I was not able to enter. The garage door would not open. Called my brother, he recommended Van Garage door because he had issues with his garage a few weeks ago and Van Garage helped him efficiently. So, I called and he was at my place in less than 30 minutes. The unit was examined, and it turned out, I needed a whole new unit. Very surprised of Van Garage promptness in trying to repair it, no less coming out on a Sunday. He installed a new unit, with a new wall panel and 2 remote controls. He even programmed the unit to sensor my built in car remote control, and it all works well. The entire experience was very positive, I couldn't be happier.
