Value World Windows and Doors

Had a great experience with Value World Windows & Doors. They replaced the windows in our Waxahachie home and did an awesome, super professional job. I wanted to go with someone local, and they made it easy—gave me a free quote, stuck to the price, no games or weird surprises. Really happy with how everything turned out.

Paid a $3000 deposit in early September for residential window replacement. We were told the windows would be installed in November. George NEVER returns a call, the office is no help either. I understand if there was a delay in the window production but there is no excuse for not returning a call or text in regards to a service we have paid a deposit for. POOR customer service and still waiting on information on installation.

We have noticed a dramatic difference in sound reduction as well as steady interior room temperatures. We live in Central Texas, and the Value Windows World windows made a big impact on our A/C usage. George at Value Windows World provided us with quality products, a professional installation crew, and attention to detail.

The windows in my old house were causing my bedroom to be significantly hotter/cooler than the rest of the house, not to mention my electricity bill because of them. I called around and found 2 companies that I liked, both very similar windows and warranties. I eventually decided to go with George at value world because he assured me the windows would be replaced by the end of December before Texas gets really cold in January. It cost over 4k to replace 5 windows, one of which is a tiny bathroom window. However, with the warranty I figured it would be worth it. I decided to finance and the rate was pretty decent around 6%. I ended up selling my house a month or two later and was not able to get out of the loan even though the windows had yet to be made. Okay, that makes sense I guess since I did sign a contract for them. I was told I could transfer them to the new owners since they hadn't been installed and the new owners would get the full warranty. Okay, sounds great, right? Well, here we are at the end of April and still no windows. I used my taxes to pay off the entire amount so I would be completely done with my old house. Yet, here I am getting told that the windows that were part of the house sale and were supposed to be installed in December are nowhere to be found, and the new owner is getting the runaround about them. I guess they gave up caring once they had my money and even more so when new owners took over. It is ridiculous that I purchased them to help during the cold months and here we are in the hot months and still having window issues. I guess I should've went with the other window company after all.

Sean and a few others came to our house to do an install of out windows. We were over the moon to the attention to detail.

Our family in Hillsboro just had Value World windiws and Blinds install / replace 13 windows and a sliding glass door. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, Including the sales process, installation and great scheduling and reminders… plus a fair price. In past cities and homes we have used larger companies in Dallas and Houston, but our experience this time was top notch. Thank you to the owners and the very capable installers. DISAPPOINTED! We chose Value World Windows & Blinds because of their amazing reviews and having their own crew. George is a great SALESMAN. However, we deeply regret this decision. We had problem after problem, it took 5 months from the first install date to get all of our windows completely installed. They had to come back numerous times for fitting. From order date to job finished was 8 months! Not only was the install terrible the first time around, it was also unsafe. They didn’t have the proper equipment to do the job. They left us with broken glass, and every window was filthy when they left. The list of problems is too many to report. Highly disappointed!

George made the decision extremely easy about the purchase of the windows. The installers, Shawn and Candy, went above and beyond during the install to make sure the windows were installed to our satisfaction. They were very professional. Thanks for making the whole install less stressful
