Value Towing took care of what I needed and it was a reasonable price. They were at my location in Allen when they said they were going to be and the driver was excellent with communication and polite. Drop off was also as great as the pick up and that was it! Job done! No hassle! No surprises! No BS! Easy to pay online! Definitely would use them again if I need a tow service in the future. 👍👍

I had an amazing experience with VALUE TOWING INC . My car broke down late at night near Frisco and I was worried I’d be stuck for hours, but their dispatcher answered immediately and sent a driver right away. He arrived sooner than expected, handled my car carefully, and explained everything clearly. The price was honest with no hidden fees, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. I’m genuinely thankful for their service and will definitely call them again.

Amazing service, my driver Wasif was on time, punctual to the dot. I had a flat tire and requested for a tow and scheduled ahead of time and they showed up at the exact time i asked. The dispatcher on the phone was understanding and quick to help, and the driver was a great person. 5 Stars all around.

This was the 2nd time I used Value Towing! And just like last time they arrived at my vehicle quickly and got it to the Mechanic quickly so that it was able to be repaired same day! Their rate was fair and because they were quick to respond, kept me from having to spend additional $$$ of a rental!

My car would not start so I called to see if they could jump start my car. Their location said Murphy tx and i was right in from of the target in 544. I told my boyfriend to call them and ask how much they charge and when the guy answered he said “where are you located” and he said Wylie and then the guy proceeded and said “ill do $35” my boyfriend also repeated and said $35 and the guy said yes. I had already taken out $35 cash once he said that. The guy he sent then came and tried to jumpstart it but it wouldn’t work still & even though it didn’t work, my boyfriend said how much we owe him for coming out and he said $75… and my boyfriend said $75?? The guy on the phone said $35 and the guy said my boss said $75. I don’t understand the lying. My boyfriend and I are truthful people and we always have the money ready upfront once confirming price. We don’t even low ball or negotiate because we will pay anything. But $75 when you tell us $35 is crazy. And on top of that, the car didn’t even turn on. The “boss” eventually said okay I’ll give it to you guys for $35 and we paid. I didn’t even want to write this review but I’ve never experienced this before.

10/10 – Towed Two Cars Today, Exceptional Experience! Value Towing handled my 1967 Ford Falcon and my Honda CRV today, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, communication was on point accurate ETA and both cars towed at a great price. The driver was the highlight. He was truly an exceptional guy. He even took the time to show me how to put the CRV in neutral if the battery ever dies in the future. Great conversation, great service, and zero hassle. Fast response, GREAT pricing, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend Value Towing. They earned a customer for life!

Value Towing was so helpful! Horrible experience at a dealer for car work needed. Value Towing team was very quick to pick up my car to leave at the car shop within 30 minutes. They were very patient despite the dealer’s lack of communication skills. 10/10 recommended. Also very affordable compared to other Tow Companies!
