Outstanding service! This tax company helped me get my business finances fully organized, ensured everything was compliant, and even set me up on a manageable IRS payment plan. Rene was incredible—always reaching out, keeping me on track, and providing support throughout the entire process. Extremely professional, understanding, and reliable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their finances in order!

Tax advisor providing incorrect statements, shortened consultation time. I reached out for personal tax consulting. The assistant scheduled me for a chat with a tax advisor, quoting 300 dollars (initially posted a 350 dollar bill for me to pay and changed it to 300 after I pointed it out). The tax advisor did not understand how ISO taxation based on FMV works, did not know how share holding period clocking work, incorrectly stated that they will be taxed as income at sale rather than capital gain. The tax advisor did not know about the implication of disqualifying disposition, and stated that in the event of disqualifying disposition, all of it will be considered regular W2 income. I questioned the advisor on the apparently incorrect statements, and asked again on the tax advisor's understanding of form 83b. The tax advisor stated that "form 83b is something you must file within certain amount of time after initial grant date" which is again incorrect. I pointed it out and the tax advisor went offline. The consultation is supposed to be 1 hour long and the tax advisor went offline after 22mins. Later that day, approximately 1 and a half hour later, I received an email that made some analysis (which are indeed correct and consistent with my own research) and the following words in the end (see attached screenshot). The only reason I'm asking to talk to tax advisor is that I do not fully trust chatGPT answers. I'm not sure how to take it if the tax advisors are not nearly as capable as ChatGPT and refuse to admit they were wasting my time.
