Car broke down on my way home with my baby, called and they came and helped immediately! Steve’s customer service was phenomenal, he was quick and made sure both me and my mini were safe and comfortable during the tow. Will always use for future tow! 🙂🙂

Best service I’ve ever received when it comes to a tow. Steve hooked me up when I was in a pinch and was more than willing to help me out. The way Steve operates that tow truck is done with the grace and precision reminiscent of a veteran pilot moving a plane through the tarmac.

Jonathan was great! He arrived in less than 30 minutes and got our car hooked up and off the side of the road. He called me when he was nearby to keep me updated. We got a fair price and fast service. I’d definitely use Valley Wide Towing again.

Beware The guy upfront that does the paperwork is disgusting attitude filthy mouth has no respect for his customers. The owner should be ashamed of himself hiring someone like that. Rude to women

Best service ever! I didn’t have to wait long at all they arrived quickly, which was such a relief. My car wasn’t starting, and instead of immediately towing it, he took the time to try jump-starting it first with jumper cables. That extra effort really meant a lot.Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also super friendly and respectful. What stood out the most was that he still showed up even though he had other places to be. That kind of dedication and customer care is rare these days.I truly appreciate the great service and kindness. If I ever need roadside assistance again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call. I called them, and Jonathan showed up in like 25 minutes. Super chill, respectful, and knew exactly what he was doing.
