Giving back is a shared tradition at Valiente Mott. Every Christmas season, the partners at Valiente Mott host a day dedicated to giving back and team connection. Employees receive donation funds to use at the Light the World Giving Machine, allowing them to support causes that matter most to them.
The day includes a limo ride for the team, company lunch and extra funds for each employee to use for personal needs. This tradition reflects our commitment to our team members and to making a positive impact in our community.
