Vincent, Sammie and the entire team at Valiant Real Estate were amazing from start to finish. I put in an inquiry for a real estate agent through realtor.com and Vincent contacted me within minutes and I am so glad he did because he was the perfect fit. He showed us house after house at our request without hesitation and really worked within my husband’s work schedule so we could both see the homes. Once we found “The One” the process became seamless with his agents all getting in touch and getting the ball rolling. He was also great at making sure we got exactly what we needed. As a military family staying in budget was important and he made sure the cost out of our pocket was reasonable for us. We purchased a slight fixer upper and he had a whole list of people he recommended for any work we decided to outsource which was helpful since we only moved here a year ago and were unsure who to trust for honest quotes and professionalism. He’s highly personable, extremely professional (never had to pester or reach back out because he always got back to us) and knowledgeable.
