The instructors, Jimmy, Jorge, and Burak are all top-notch and each bring something unique to the table. This place is amazing. My sons have been going here for three years. They love learning from Jorge, Burak and Jimmy. They go out of there way to make sure everyone is enjoying the experience while learning from the best instructors in the country.

Great BJJ / self-defense academy in the heart of Coral Gables. Professors Jimmy and Burak are very knowledgeable and all-around great guys. The academy has a welcoming atmosphere and caters to all levels - from novice to advanced students. Highly recommended for kids as well.

Jorge and Burak are the most gentle coaches. My son, Caio, is having difficulty with structured sports because he would rather free play but these coaches gently redirect and never make Caio feel hurt or embarrassed. The coaches are so easy going for little kids while also maintaining structure, routine, and keeping the attention and leading a coherent lesson. They implement safety from strangers and bullying in school into their lesson plans. They remember every child’s name and have always made us feel welcomed and included, even when Caio has been disruptive in the past, even when he was barely old enough to join.
