Women’s Self-Defense & Jiu-Jitsu in Coral Gables

Our Women’s Self-Defense & Jiu-Jitsu class is designed for women who want to build real skills, move with more confidence, and train in a supportive community—whether you are completely new to Jiu-Jitsu or returning to movement after time away.
Every Friday at 6:00 PM, students learn step by step through practical self-defense, balance, safe movement, awareness, and controlled Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. The goal is not to overwhelm anyone. It is to help each person develop calm, useful skills at her own pace in a respectful academy environment.
Located at 50 Aragon Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134, Gables Self Defense Academy welcomes women from Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, and across Miami. Our instructors guide every class with care, structure, and attention to the individual.
You will train alongside women who are learning for the same reason: to feel more prepared, capable, and connected. No experience is required, and you do not need to be in a certain shape to begin—simply come ready to learn.
