Recently, Gables Self Defense Academy was invited into a Coral Gables community conversation about how we can serve local families even better. Our answer is simple: make authentic martial arts, Jiu-Jitsu, and practical self-defense a path to confidence, health, and connection at every stage of life.
From little ones beginning at age 3 to active adults in their late 90s, our Coral Gables martial arts academy welcomes students to build strength, mobility, discipline, and confidence in a caring environment. We are proud to support scholarship opportunities for families in need and to accept Step Up for Students funding.
