UV TECH PRO - Shah Alam

I had a very good experience at UV Tech Pro Shah Alam. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process of choosing the perfect tint for my car even though I was there just to get my front windscreen tinted. She took the time to explain the different options and benefits, ensuring that I will make the best choice for my other future cars. On top of that, she offered a great price. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly. I was shocked after my car was done, the staff that did my car wasn't happy with a slight scratch on the film, he immediately tore it off and replace with a new one even though it was just a very small scratch that wasn't obvious at all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality tinting and excellent customer service!

Upon arriving at the shop, immediately greeted with a package offer for tinted film..staff first demonstrated the heat resistance of the tint using an infrared bulb. Although the workers were foreigners, the work they did appeared to be quite skilled. What I appreciated most was the honesty. When one of my clips broke, the worker informed me right away. He even tried to find a replacement clip at the shop, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. That’s okay price : decent skill : good item : good P/s : maybe as an improvement for next time, the removed old tint can be disposed of directly into the bin provided to keep the workspace tidy
