What a great experience from the very first call and the woman I spoke to on the phone until the very end. Utech did an amazing job on my basement. Everyone was so professional and kind. The workers worked efficiently and the clean up was outstanding. I would recommend Utech to everyone! The communication was key and the crew awesome. Thank you Utech!

Three different crews over 3 days. First day did a good job but were very messy. I had to ask them to put up a barrier to stop the cement dust in the upstairs rooms and to lay something on the tile entrance so they didn’t slip. I then had to ask them to remove the wet papers at the end of the day. They did not wipe the floors. 2nd day- Ricardo and Famous were fantastic. Even wiped up the entrance door and floors! 3rd day, Dave and crew were great. They even did some caulking that the 1st crew didn’t do. Overall, the work was good and but not something that should be done in the cold months. Update: The cement dust is terrible because I was not given the option of paying extra for protective measures. I have swept the basement around 12 times and vacuumed about 9 and still can’t get rid of it. Wiped everything down with soap/water. It’s even in my upstairs cupboards. I just called the company at my realtor’s suggestion and they totally dismissed my complaint and told me to hire someone to clean my ducts.I would not recommend this company.

Utech is absolutely a pleasure to do business with. Quick and clean drain tile service. David was a superb role in execution perfectly. Very kind and honest, great worker. That means a lot to see. GREAT JOB UTECH! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! I hope to do business in the future.

Extremely happy with our drain tile replacement job in the basement. This was a five day job which required a lot of timing and coordination especially working with efficiency in breaking up concrete, removing old drain tile and clay/dirt, laying new stone, tile and rubber mesh lining and sealing everything back up with new concrete. I was extremely impressed with their work, cleanup and putting everything back together. Great job guys!!!

I've had Utech repair basement cracks before. When I saw another crack leaking I called them again. They are professional and so friendly. Prices are reasonable and cracks are repaired quickly. I highly recommend Utech if you need any cracks repaired.

Had these guys install drain tile and a backup sump pump. Great communication on job start times. I worried about the ground being frozen but they got it done with no problems. The plumber was very knowledgeable so inspection went great. All in all, I'm very pleased.

Utech did an excellent job on my wall crack repair. Very thorough, friendly and neat throughout the whole process.

BEYOND HAPPY with the customer service and Andrew did such an AMAZING job with our foundation leak and clean up. I will DEFINITELY recommend Utech to any one who needs work done. I found them online, read reviews and called. Wish I would have done that before spending money and trying to do it ourselves (which didn't work out lol). THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

I reached out to Utech to fix the crack in by basement wall. I met with Andrew. He was knowledgeable and kind. He was clear on how to fix the wall. But didn't try to up sell the job. I'm so happy with the repair. Thank you

My dad hired this garbage company UTech to do his basement. Took his 5.5k deposit, Tried to change the contract without talking it over with him. Also used old piping when their plumber was supposed to install new plumbing. Didn’t finish the plumbing job, left the 4 inch pipe open that’s releasing gasses into the basement with my DISABLED MOTHER RIGHT OVER WHERE THE PIPE IS RELEASING THE GASSES. They put CLAY bricks under beams that are supposed to support the basement foundation (used a piece of wood between the Clay bricks) & NEVER FINISHED IT! LEFT LEAKING PIPES! Told him he owes them more money because again they changed his contract. Wanted another 10k Thursday 1/22/2026 for more kicker beams. Stated they weren’t doing one of the walls they were contracted to do but wanted another 10k? This company is a joke, started a job and didn’t finish ANY PART OF THE CONTRACT THEY SIGNED WITH MY FATHER. LAWYER HAS BEEN CONTACTED, BBB WILL BE CONTACTED MONDAY & I WILL BLAST THIS GARBAGE COMPANY ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. Taking advantage of senior citizens at its finest! The secretary called him demanding payment before the job was done, then Mike called demanding payment & he told them he wasn’t giving them more money because none of the contract was 100% fulfilled. They then sent the foreman Dave in to tell my dad he was told to remove the beams that were put in place. My father told them if they touched the beams he would have them arrested. They grabbed their tools and left. BREACH OF CONTRACT!! STAY AWAY!!
