At this point, I would give zero stars if I could. I reached out to Utah Valley Handyman for installation of a new bathtub and surround. The work took a couple days longer than expected with the handyman several hours late the first day, a couple hours late the second day, taking 2-3 hour lunch breaks and not coming prepared with everything needed for the job. He said he'd be in to work on a Saturday, but then texted at 11pm Friday night to say he wouldn't be coming in after all. Left over construction materials were left in my home and required several phone calls/texts to be picked up. The tub faucet fell off the first time we tried to take a shower and when he came to repair it, it only lasted another week before it fell off again. Another tech came to fix it and while he was able to attach it firmly, he also accidentally glued the tub spout diverter in place, midway between tub and shower, causing him to need to come back a few days later to remove it and replace it with a completely new faucet. Now, I've come to realize the tub is leaking. The downstairs ceiling has multiple water bubbles and water drips down the wall if anyone tries to use the tub/shower. For this quality of work I could have done it myself. I contacted Utah Valley Handyman because I was looking for a professional job I could trust. Unfortunately, that's not what we got.

Matt and his team are top notch. We had them do a full remodel on a nearly 7,000 SF home. Their crew was skilled, friendly and best of all, dependable. Matt was in regular touch with me to make sure we were on track. We had a tight deadline with a carpet installation one week. The crew stayed until 10:30 the night before to make sure it was all ready. This is a company you can count on to get things done the right way! Everyone who walks through the home is blown away by the work they did.

We had Utah Handyman and Remodel Pros install a back door. The previous door had significant issues due to a faulty installation. We were able to ask significant questions, they worked around our deck replacement, cleaned up after themselves and helped us figure out what to do with the stucco afterward. We enjoyed our experience with them!

Like everyone else I give them five stars. They do excellent work they are friendly and price fairly. They are definitely my go-to guys. They install a wood floor and trim, composite decking, and have done drywall repair. It was all top notch.

We had an electrical issue in our rental. They came the very next morning after my call. They showed our renters how the breakers worked and how to fix the problem if it happened again. They only charged their hourly rate which was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them. Very nice to work with, especially since we are out of state owners of this rental.

This was our first experience using Utah Handyman and Remodel. They were a good group to work with. Matt was responsive to our texts and calls. We had a variety of things done, including hanging blinds, repairing some drywall and repainting a bathroom. This was done over less than two full work days. No starting the job and then not coming back the next day. The workers did a very good clean up after they finished. We will use them again. Genine

Utah Handyman Pros were great in helping me out. Due to limited time I had, I reached out to them. We had special guests coming to our home, and I just didn’t have the capacity to get a few things done around the house that needed attention. They were able to juggle a few things in their schedule to get to me before our guests arrived. Also good responsiveness!

My husband and I are very happy with the work Utah Handyman did for us. We feel like Tracy listened to our needs. Tracy was polite and skilled. He was punctual and focused and his tasks. We are happy with the outcome of our projects. Thank you so much.

These guys were awesome! They were booked out a bit but because we had a water problem, they got on it the very next day and solved the problem quickly. Great communication and customer service!
