The sales representative I worked with was nice but I had a less than desirable experience with my order. The reason I went with Utah Blinds Gallery is because after getting quoted I was assured that the blinds typically take around 2 weeks to be produced but my order took nearly 2 months to ship. I paid the entire balance up front as well. Not only did the order take much longer than expected one of the blinds didn’t fit my window. I think when the rep measured the window they assumed the two windows were identical but one window was slightly narrower making it impossible to fit the width of the blind. When I told him of the error I expected the rep to come back to properly measure but he didn’t and asked me for the measurement. He sent a replacement with the correct width but sent the wrong valance size and had to place another order after that. I think it would have been better resolved by a quick visit to remeasure and make sure everything would have been correct the first time. I even have one end cap for my blind that was cracked but just tried to glue it back together myself because I’m so exhausted with the back and forth of the situation. Also disappointed in how the blinds look from the outside. Not sure if there was a piece not shipped but it looks super unfinished for being a premium shade. Update: Revising my review from one star to three based on the customer service from the manager who contacted me after my review. Isaac was apologetic about my experience and sent me a new end cap for my valance and a few pieces to make the blinds look more finished when viewing from the outside. I appreciate the time and care he took into hearing me out and offering what he could to help.

We live 250 miles west of Salt Lake City. We had a broken blind that would not go up or down. Our local Douglas Blind store went out of business so, we were stuck with a broken blind. We. were in SLC for a medical follow up. We walk into Utah Blinds with our broken blind. They took it in and said it would take two weeks before it would be repaired. To my surprise it showed up on my door step ready for install in nine days. This was done with a smile and at no charge to me as it was under warranty! Great job Utah Blinds!

Utah blinds Gallery has been stellar in terms of following through on this never-ending job! Through several challenges of getting the right wallpaper, Utah blinds gallery never waivered in their determination to make this project happen! Jackson has been amazing to work with. So refreshing to have professional, kind and talented designers to work with. I appreciated their willingness to work with me and to call me back when I left messages. Outstanding customer service!

I called Jackson in a bit of a panic. I needed my roller shades taken out immediately. Understandably, he was already busy so my request created a problem for him. He could have said he was too busy but he offered to see if I could be helped. He called back almost immediately and said he’d made arrangements to get my work done. Within 2 hours of my first call, the work was done. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. Jackson was professional but more importantly, he cared about my predicament and provided a solution. For future work for window treatments, I will not need to consider any other sources. Jackson will be my “go to guy!!”

Just finished up getting indoor and outdoor shades through Utah blinds gallery. The blinds are spot on what we wanted and look and function perfectly. Jackson was our contact/sales person there and I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful he was. Always kept in contact about our order and was there every step of the way to guide us through the process. When we spoke to him they were just starting to bring outdoor shades on board and he was on top of every detail. Very professional and just a really good person to work with. Can’t recommend Jackson at Utah blinds gallery enough. He’s the best.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Heidi was great in giving me directions to the store and then how to handle my blind repair. I had just missed the Hunter Douglas repair guy so I assumed it would take 2 weeks to repair. Well 1 week later I received my blinds via Fed Ex! I was so surprised and happy. If you need your blinds repaired or need new blinds I definitely recommend Wallpaper Warehouse. You won’t be sorry!

We had a blind that was broken. Since we had it for over 7 years, we were going to purchase a new one. Isaac at IUtah Blinds Galley called Hunter Douglas for us and got us a free replacement in a week. Really great customer service!

Trent gave us some time to look through some books before he came in to talk to us. He even showed us some more that he thought might have pocus we would like. Trent answered the questions we had and told us he could give us some names of people who put up murals, if we would like. He sent us link on hanging murals as well. When Trent found out that our choice was no longer available, he sent us some picture of Scenes he thought we might. When he didn't hear from us he called to make sure we got the email. We were offered a different scene or a refund. Trent was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Utah Gallery Wallpaper Warehouse to anybody interested in murals or wallpaper.

I have been doing business with Utah Blinds Gallery (and their previous iteration Wallpaper Warehouse) since the early 1990's. I loved the cellular shades I purchased for my Salt Lake City home so much that I ordered very similar ones for my home in Arizona. Aside from their wonderful window covering options, the customer service is of the highest quality. The staff members I've worked with have gone out of their way to exceed my expectations and help me with samples and suggestions. Utah Blinds Gallery has served the Salt Lake Valley for several decades now. That type of longevity and their reputation for excellence will keep me coming back!
