We spent $2000 for two doors to be covered with shutters and I’m only halfway satisfied and here’s why: the front door was installed correctly and there’s no gap and the door on the shutter closes well; however, the back door was installed incorrectly and there’s a gap and even after they came out to “fix” it, it’s the exact same as before. When they first installed it, they drove a screw through the side of the frame which I believe is still causing the gap because the frame is essentially ruined but they said that was something else and mansplained a few things to me, had me sign something saying they fixed it and left. I think if my husband were here and the one dealing with it all the outcome may have been different. They installed everything by eye and hand (didn’t measure anything) and it was quick and sloppy. If they took even a few more minutes maybe they wouldn’t have put the screw through the frame. It’s extremely disappointing to spend this much and have this outcome at only being 50% satisfactory in my opinion. But $2000 is probably a small drop in the bucket to them when they’re used to installing whole homes so maybe we weren’t high on their priority list.

I had a great experience working with Mark Christ. He came to my home and was extremely helpful and thorough. I really appreciated his honest recommendations. I also liked that he took the time to explain options without being pushy, which made the process so much easier. His professionalism and knowledge was exactly what I was hoping for. I can honestly say that I feel confident in the choices I made thanks to his guidance. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for quality window treatments!
