Sent a client of ours to the showroom to select a porcelain slab for a large project. USA Tile & Marble staff treated them very well. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly from the words of our client. We appreciate them for this, and would certainly recommend this company for porcelain slabs.

Buyer Beware. We.selected a tile and was.informed that as long as we returned the tiles in the original boxes, there would not be a.problem. After.looking at more than one tile for our backsplash,we decided we wanted a more.neutral.colour. We notified the company that we wanted to.return and were told our order was a."special order". We were never informed of this and quite frankly since they don't keep.any inventory, every purchase will likely be a special order. They (sales rep and manager)stated due to.their.miscommunication , if we brought tiles back, we could get a.store credit which we were more.than happy to.accept. We returned tiles and selected 6 or 7 samples to.take home to.make.our.final.selection. We returned the following day with our selection and and were told they were.trying to return our original purchase and would get.back to.us within a couple of days. I emailed 4 days later to ensure our new order had been placed and was told, we no longer could get a store.credit and that the "Owner" said no returns. We had to drive back the same day and pick up the original tile order (small 4 boxes). Complete.waste of time and would not trust this company again. Went to Floor and Decor where we should have shopped in the first place.

I am so happy I found this company, they have the best selection of tile in SWFL. Their customer service is fantastic! Landra went above and beyond to help my husband and I. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for tile.

Super friendly staff. Art was very kind to my wife and kids. We came all the way from Marco Island and they had a great selection of materials. Worth the trip, and I would encourage everyone in the west coast of FL to come check these guys out!
