EDITED FOR CLAIRIFCATION: Called them a few weeks ago when AAA left me stranded for 4 hours at work over a dead battery. All my folks were at their own jobs im Gainesville and not able to give me a jump. They got me up and running while AAA was still trying to find someone to send to my location. I paid a few cents short of 89$ for a jump start from a portable jump starter that costs anywhere from 75$-199$ on amazon which took two tries since the guy doing it was rushing me to turn my car on. I understand squeezing someone in on your schedule but it was beyond rushed. This entire experience inspired me to buy the jump starter just so I hopefully never have to have the displeasure of needing to call this company again. The person ran off seconds after telling me how to copy-paste the unhyperlinked squarepay link into a search engine since I was using contactless pay. I know if you're reading this review you're probably not in the best situation but please call around so you don't get overcharged like i did. If they charged me that much for a simple jump, I don't want to imagine what they'd charge for their other services. I do respect the fact that at least I got home. They work in a pinch but don't expect much in the way of customer service. Also I do apologize for the confusing wording on the total price and disrupting your holiday, however yes. I am sure I used this company, I cross checked my receipt.

Willie and his team are the absolute best in town. I've been using them for over five years now, I always have some broken down vehicle that needs moving. Willies always there ASAP when I call him and his prices are great. Big stuff, little stuff, he can move it all. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

USA Auto & Towing is amazing! I highly recommend them! My mom and I were driving to Largo FL for a funeral and my 03 Tahoe water pump locked up on 75S at Jasper FL. This caused the belt to snap and all hell broke lose! Luckily we were at an exit and got off. Willie came and picked us up and repaired our Tahoe. We needed a new water pump, radiator and belt. I felt what he charged was a fair price. He even filled a jug of water in case we needed it later on and said to call if we ever needed help. Willie was a god send!! I highly recommend USA Auto & Towing! We missed the funeral, but was able to get to be with family and got there safely.

My car got stuck from this past hurricane. Will was amazing, I asked a friend if she knew anyone and he called me immediately.. He was at my house in 20 mins and within the hour had my car out and running .. He is careful with your car and very kind and will go above and beyond to help you. Thank you for saving me...

Thanks to Willy with USA auto & towing services ! I didn’t have to walk home and he got my vehicle running as well after he towed it to his shop and took me home ! He called me not even an 2 hours after he brought me home to tell me my vehicle was ready even offered to bring it to me ! Thanks USA auto & towing ! You guys are great keep up the good work, we need more mechanics like you in this world !!

Update: Severe shaking and shifting issues in my truck Led me to get it checked out and Willie failed to get bolts he said he got. The transfer case is missing several bolts. All the bolts that are there are extremely loose but have now been tightened, he didn't put the gasket on my transmission.... He also took the axle off of my 4 wheel drive, so now it's unusable, And third, second, and first gear are now completely unable to even be shifted into!! I don't know what he did to my truck.I've got it at the house, That's for sure....And now I can drive it again, But he'll now be seeing me in court as well.... turns out... these mechanic friends in live oak will band together to ruin your vehicle. Good try guys, but no cigar. These guys got my truck and tranny from a mechanic in town who was overcharging me and ended up 'losing' a bunch of hard to find parts for the transmission..... Together we got all the parts, and my truck is now home!!!! After 6 months at another mechanic, Willie had my truck ready in a week and did it at half the price of the other guy. He really got me out of a bad situation that was only getting worse, even offering to tow it to me 3hrs away. Excellent, fast work.

My car was damaged in our latest hurricane. Willie was my contact to tow my car to a dealership closeted to the area I was in. He was on point, his kindness was very appreciated. He kept in contact with me when he was coming and he was very accurate with his timing. He got my car where it needed to be and I was happy for his help. If I’m ever in his area and need some help. He will be the one I call.

Answers on the first call and always gets the job done. I've personally relied on USA auto towing for the past 7 years and haven't had a bad experience. Even when my dually went down in the middle of town they were there within the hour. Highly recommend

Can't say enough. They showed up exactly when they said, drove us into town to get a tire put on our rim and brought us back to install the tire. Price was very reasonable and attitude was on point and friendly. Git us going in no time🤜🤛

Great service! I would recommend him to everyone. If I lived near by he would be my main mechanic. He is Quick and good.
