We were on our way for our vacation from Orlando, and while we were at McDonald’s in the area around 8:45pm on a Friday, the Honda Odyssey’s engine light came on. Drove straight to Autozone and had it diagnosed. bought the alternator and the Autozone employee gave us Williams #. This is now 8:59pm. William came in 15-20mins after and towed us to his garage and replaced the alternator. He got done around 2330ish. We already know how much he charges with the first call. I mean if if your car breaks down and you don’t want how much he charges, I don’t think he will force his services on you. He was heaven-sent. So very thankful he was able to help us…. Grateful for that Autozone employee who gave us his # too. This happened on the first day, on our way to our 17-day road-trip. Almost home now and our minivan has not had any issues at all. Will be keeping his # just in case something happens to our car when we will be in the area…

Ran over something traveling from out of town. My insurance company couldn’t find someone that was less than a four hour wait. I called this company and they arrived within 20 mins for me and my daughter and towed us to the nearest tire shop. Extremely professional and courteous! Price was reasonable. They saved me from crashing out after this being the first time I’ve experienced something like this. Highly recommend them! Thank you again!
