USA Auto & Towing Services

Last year we needed our shed moved, found Willie with USA auto and towing online. So happy we did, he made moving so easy, even in a horrible rain storm, small gates and muddy cow fields. Also the price was very reasonable and scheduled quickly. So when we needed to move again this year, we knew we needed Willie again. He impressed us even more than the last time. His patients was more than above and beyond kind, even when stuck in a hole due to our loose dirt. We can't thank you enough for everything. Anyone needing a tow should call Willie, we will forever be customers.

EDITED FOR CLAIRIFCATION: Called them a few weeks ago when AAA left me stranded for 4 hours at work over a dead battery. All my folks were at their own jobs im Gainesville and not able to give me a jump. They got me up and running while AAA was still trying to find someone to send to my location. I paid a few cents short of 89$ for a jump start from a portable jump starter that costs anywhere from 75$-199$ on amazon which took two tries since the guy doing it was rushing me to turn my car on. I understand squeezing someone in on your schedule but it was beyond rushed. This entire experience inspired me to buy the jump starter just so I hopefully never have to have the displeasure of needing to call this company again. The person ran off seconds after telling me how to copy-paste the unhyperlinked squarepay link into a search engine since I was using contactless pay. I know if you're reading this review you're probably not in the best situation but please call around so you don't get overcharged like i did. If they charged me that much for a simple jump, I don't want to imagine what they'd charge for their other services. I do respect the fact that at least I got home. They work in a pinch but don't expect much in the way of customer service. Also I do apologize for the confusing wording on the total price and disrupting your holiday, however yes. I am sure I used this company, I cross checked my receipt.
