The food is very delicious. This gentleman was hired to cook at a party i attended and it went very well considering it started raining. He improvised and continued like a champ. His manner and level of professionalism was superb. Very polite. The grilled meat, chicken and ribs were absolutely delicious, as well as the mash potato and appetizers. All in all, great experience. I would recommend. Unfortunately, we didnt take any pictures of him grilling but here are some after it was packed up at the end.

We had a fabulous experience yesterday with Ismael (Urugrill Parrilladas)!! This was the first time in years we have hosted a 50 person luncheon at our home and the entire event was flawless with the credit going to Ismael and his wife. Our guests could not stop raving about the taste and quality of the food. Everything from the meats to the chimichurri was mouthwatering and delicious. The service was equally amazing.
