As a 60 yr old man with an 8 yr old daughter, I have never seen such a great examination in process. The staff treated my daughter with great respect, patience and understanding. The question I asked were answered and informed. I've been here 4 times with my daughter and I am going to go for a tune up here soon. Caring is more than evident here and now I know where I will get my training as my daughter gets older. This place is the real deal!

A great new addition to kokomo. I went in and had a same day appointment later on. I didn’t have to wait in a long line or sit forever. In and out. Almost all the paperwork can be done from your phone so you don’t have to sit there. They seen me for my issues and referred me to who I needed to see but also helped me with all my issues. The dr was very thorough and did an excellent job explaining to me and answering my questions. They was very fast and it was a really nice clean place. If you’re looking to go somewhere quick and need care now. This is the place to go.

Y'all are the bomb diggety. The care was FABulous! A clean, nice facility. Everyone was articulate and courteous. Very impressive all around. If there has to be a TV blaring, Scooby-Doo, yes, please. Since the walls are so thin, it would be nice to turn the volume down a tad because competing for top billing was my fabulous NP who was fast-talking and mask-muffled. Thankfully, my ears are quick and fine, and I purty much have all the Scooby-Doo dialog memorized anyway. Thanks for a great experience, y'all. I never hope to see you again, quite frankly, but should there be a need, I'll run to you like I'm being chased by a zombie. Ruh roh, Raggy!

I came here to get a simple school physical done for my daughter, and it turned into a complete nightmare. We arrived at 11:00 a.m., and the front desk casually told us, “It’ll be at 12.” Fine — we waited. But 12 came and went. Then 1 p.m. came and went. And guess what? We were still sitting there waiting for something that should’ve taken no more than 20 minutes. What kind of place takes nearly 3 HOURS for a basic physical? It’s beyond incompetent. And what makes it worse is their posters and signs bragging about fast, reliable service — what a joke. They should tear those lies down immediately. There’s nothing fast or reliable about this place. Even when there were barely any patients, everything moved at a snail’s pace. It’s not just slow — it’s disorganized and disrespectful of people’s time. I had important plans today that had to be canceled because of this mess. A school physical turned into a wasted afternoon. If you value your time even a little bit, avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, outrageous wait times, and a complete lack of accountability. Absolutely unacceptable. And just now they already assisted us because my daughter started crying. Crazy so damn stupid

The girl at the front desk was super sweet and helped me with my baby. She deserves a raise. The provider we saw, I didn't catch her name but was very nice and helpful. They were all wonderful!!

I went to urgent care at 4 pm, 2 people In the waiting area. I was in a lot of pain from swollen glands and pain in my ear. She said they were booked up, the 2 people in the waiting area went back while I was talking to her! She told me they were booked up with walk-ins, I said, "there's no one here" she said "they'll be here, they just haven't come in yet! She said she would call me if they had any openings! The sign and website says walk-ins welcome! I was sent away in pain!

I cannot thank you enough for your kindness while I was ill. Your staff is amazing and so kind and efficient. Everyone was helpful from the time I walked in the door until I left. The gal at the registration window, the MA and the provider were all so sweet and helpful! I definitely recommend your office to anyone needing help!

Just left Urgent Care and am totally pleased 100%. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I was seen right away and my provider did an excellent job of taking care of my accident wound. I highly recommend them! They have an excellent team of health care professionals.

Staff was so nice, especially when I came in late. They were very accommodating and did their best to help me! I got in, and got my meds the same day before having to leave on a trip. Bless them!

People were great, it's just the business model. I haven't met my $7k deductible so I had to pay cash. Med Express in Kokomo takes insurance without being 100% on your deductible.
