My dog had a big, horrible IVDD episode. She was in so much pain and keeping her head tilted to the side. I called Urgent Pet Prescott and we were able to get right in. First of all, it’s a beautiful facility. The entire staff were compassion and knowledgeable. Foxy was diagnosed and treated quickly. Prices were excellent, same as our regular vet. Thank goodness for Urgent Pet Prescott.

A Beautiful Goodbye, Thanks to U.P.P. My 11-year-old Shiba Inu, Kimi, was the most stoic and fearless little dog I have ever known. She was diagnosed with lymphoma that had already metastasized, and her pain increased rapidly. I had to make the hardest decision of my life — to let her go peacefully. The staff at U.P.P., from the front desk to the veterinarian and her assistant, were incredibly compassionate and understanding. They took the time to talk with me about Kimi’s condition and options with genuine care and concern. We were given a private, clean, and comfortable room to say goodbye to my sweet Kimi girl. I am forever grateful to U.P.P. for making such a heartbreaking experience as peaceful and dignified as possible. I highly recommend them for all pet care needs.

The entire staff is simply the best—so caring and full of compassion. I had to put my cat down, and they made an incredibly difficult process so much easier. I will always be grateful for their kindness and support.

I highly recommend this veterinary facility. Dr. Sara Armon and her team provided outstanding care!!! They handled our dog with remarkable care & affection, which we greatly valued. They answered all our questions with thoroughness and professionalism, and we loved their compassionate approach. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable, making the experience even more commendable.

Took my dog in for a 104.2 fever. 3 1/2 hrs later and $568 for blood work, Carprofen injection (NSAID used for fever and inflamation) and tablets. Original estimate for all tests that were recommended, $1,130.00. We opted for blood work only which resulted in finding only a slightly elevated liver enzyme. Nothing pointing to what could have caused the fever. Sure wished they'd addressed her fever faster. Left her in a kennel, with no pad and a fan on her "to help reduce fever" until the final estimate $. The staff was good...and they keep saying how busy they were....but 3 1/2 hours without get my girls fever reduced was not acceptable to me. Will drive to PV Emergency next time.

My 15 year old puggle needed an EKG. From the first telephone contact I knew he would be in good hands. Clear communication, professional, kind and warm. Even before they met him they called him "sweet Linus". Thank you so much .

They had our cat for almost eight hours. Stayed late and were super thorough. Very kind. He is not easy to handle. We would always be appreciative.

These people are THE BEST. My 18 year old cat has always been extremely aggressive with vets but the first time I brought him to Urgent Pet he was docile for the first time ever! Their kindness and professionalism is exceptional and they seem to be happy individuals who genuinely enjoy helping animals. I am SO GRATEFUL for these wonderful humans and their uniformly solid work ethic!!

Our 10 year old Chihuahua needed emergency surgery for Pyometra. She was seen right away and was able to have surgery and come home the same day. The staff were all wonderful and we are so grateful for the excellent care, compassion, and professionalism we experienced!

My reactive, fearful dog managed to get a small puncture on her carpal pad that then became infected. We're traveling through the area but it was evident that she needed to see a vet that day. I called at 4:45 from an hour away and they told me to come in even though they close at 7, they would be sure to get her in and taken care of. She cowered at the door and the staff knew immediately to be so gentle and sweet with her. I muzzled her and they brought her back to look her over and then sedated her and cleaned her wound. They were so good to my frightened dog and they made me feel at home and comfortable, had me smiling and laughing, even... Which is huge because I get stressed when my dog is stressed! It was a reasonable bill for sedation and follow up meds. My dog was really comfortable with them (drugs might've helped đŸ˜…) by the end of the visit and it meant everything to me. Thank you so much to Dr. Frost and the team at Urgent Pet Prescott. I will refer my other nomad friends with dogs to you! And I will be visiting again if needed (fingers crossed we'll have an uneventful winter stay in AZ moving forward). Overall, such a positive and comfortable visit
