⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot say enough amazing things about Urgent Paws Vet Care. We drove over an hour to come here because they were the only veterinary clinic available that could perform an emergency C-section, and my sister’s beagle, Maisie, was having serious complications during labor. From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. This was such a scary situation for our family, but the staff went above and beyond to comfort us throughout the entire process. While we waited, they offered us coffee, a place to sit, and even TV — and most importantly, they continuously came out to give us updates on Maisie and the pups. That reassurance meant everything. On top of all of that, we had arrived right before closing, and the team stayed open until 11 PM to safely perform the C-section and deliver ALL FIVE puppies. The level of dedication, compassion, and professionalism shown that night was truly remarkable. Finding a veterinary clinic you can trust with your pet’s life is so important, and that is why we absolutely love Urgent Paws. They’ve only been open for about a week, and they completely wowed our entire family! Thank you, Urgent Paws, for saving Maisie and all five of her puppies. They are all doing well, and it is entirely because of you. We are forever grateful🩵🐾

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The care, compassion, and communication were truly exceptional. Every step of the way, they made sure my dog was thoroughly evaluated and kept me informed, which gave me so much peace of mind. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, not just medically but emotionally too. I am incredibly grateful for this team and would trust them with any of my pets without hesitation. Thank you for everything you do.

Took my 9 month old lab to Urgent Paws after she ate a daffodil and began vomiting (Daffodils are toxic to dogs which I did not know!) Check-in was fast, the staff was incredibly sweet and Dr. Allred was thorough, transparent and calming during a stressful situation. They did some tests and thankfully my pup didn’t get too much of the daffodil and just needed some anti-nausea meds and some fluids. Urgent Paws also called to check on her a couple days later. Greatly appreciate the care they gave to my girl!

I cannot say enough good things about Urgent Paws, Dr. Allred and her team! When my primary vet was closed and my dog, Winnie, suddenly became sick, they stepped in immediately and took such incredible care of us! From the first phone call, their responsiveness was outstanding by listening carefully, gaving clear instructions, and got us seen quickly. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, but what truly stood out was their compassion. They treated Winnie with such gentleness and patience, and they took the time to explain everything to me so I felt informed and reassured during a very stressful moment. You can tell they genuinely care about both the animals and the families who love them. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone! They made a scary situation so much easier, and I’m beyond thankful for UrgentPaws! They have been saved in my phone for future use!

I have never taken my 14 year old dog to an emergency vet until today! She was having bad tummy issues which is unusual for her so given her age, I figured I better go. From start to finish the staff was SO nice and accommodating. They took the time to explain everything to me and asked multiple times what questions I had. They eased my mind immediately as a scared senior dog mama! I was seen right away and was back home in less than two hours. Highly recommend them for your emergency needs!

Natalie, Alex, and Dr. Allred are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, my sweet pup had cancer and was not doing well at all. We had to say goodbye to him but everyone at Urgent Paws handled it with so much love, dignity and care. I will forever have such a huge place for them in my heart for taking care of my sweet boy. They’re such a fantastic clinic and I highly recommend to anyone needing urgent veterinary care.

I had to take my pup, Viggen, in for an ear infection that quickly progressed. The moment I walked in, the staff was kind, compassionate and caring. They were very thorough with the entire process. I would highly recommend them in any situation that you need an appointment quickly. They provided recommendations for a general vet, since I just moved back to this area. They also called and checked in to make sure Viggen was doing better. This is my go to urgent vet 💜

I adopted a new dog on Monday and Urgent Paws new hours made it possible for me to get quickly seen when I noticed him sneezing a bunch on Tuesday. The staff was amazing, efficient, and still took their time with my pup who was very nervous! Thank you all!!

Urgent Paws was there for us when we needed them! We took in a stray cat because of the cold temperatures and needed to get her examined quickly. The staff were efficient, compassionate and beyond helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this place and these people. Would definitely recommend!!
