I’m 65 years old and inherited not so good teeth and gums. UDC is by far the best Dental Care facility I have ever visited-by far. Very good, friendly, caring, and answered all my questions. Dr Whalen and the Staff are exceptionally talented. It’s an all in one stop. No pain, just pleasant conversations. They take insurance and offer payment plans. They are full disclosure, no surprises. This dental clinic truly stands out for its professionalism and patient care. From booking the appointment to completing my treatment, everything was smooth and stress-free. The dentist was gentle, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. The staff is friendly and the environment is spotless. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely return for future care.

I would like to say the doctor that treated me was very kind and good at her job. You could tell she was happy even at the end of the day. However the front desk staff on the other hand struggles. I initially came into the office with a possible broken tooth. I left after getting an impression for a replacement crown, amd was told an appointment would be made once the crown was in. Once the crown came in I called to make an appointment. I was told I couldn't have a Friday appointment unless I bought another crown. The reason was because the dentist I saw on that Friday was no longer seeing patients on Fridays. A differnt doctor saw patients on Friday and I would have to buy a new crown from that dentist in order to have a Friday appointment. While staff made claims it was company policy staff refused to try and work with me. I made arrangements and had my crown placed on a different day, avoiding the need to buy a 2nd crown. If this office policy is true, do better! Communicate openly with patients!

Absolutely worst experience JUST OVER THE PHONE. The lady was extremely rude she told me everyone cancelled today so i asked to come in she said no because the were 2 hours till closing!!! Sounds like pure laziness and then she played like she couldn’t hear me on the phone and hung up on me!! Tried calling again and they would pick up n hang up right away!! So glad i didnt even get to the point to schedule a visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else if thats how they treat new patients

Had multiple fillings and root canals done at this location. After being injected for the numbing for the root canal, the dentist refused to believe that I wasn't numb when I warned that I was in excruciating pain throughout the process. Nearly every single filling I received fell out within days of my appointments. I had to return multiple times to have them redone only for them to carve away more of my teeth to "better anchor" and secure more fillings, only for those replacements to fall out as well. I had another nurse pull me aside when I asked about it and I was essentially told my concerns were well warranted and warned to never return there for care.

A True Lifesaver in a Dental Emergency! I cannot recommend Urgent Dental Center and Family Dentistry highly enough. I recently experienced a severe dental emergency and, frustratingly, my regular dentist couldn't fit me in due to their busy schedule. I was in intense pain and feeling helpless. From the moment I walked in the door, the team at Urgent Dental Center was incredibly helpful and empathetic. They understood the gravity of my situation and got me straight into a treatment room immediately—no unnecessary waiting or delays. The entire process was smooth, professional, and comforting. They quickly diagnosed the issue, set me straight, and resolved the excruciating pain. I am now completely pain-free and so incredibly pleased with the outcome. Every single person I interacted with, from the front office staff to the dental professionals, was genuinely nice and compassionate. Thank you for turning a terrible situation into a fast and pain-free resolution. If you have a dental emergency, this is absolutely the place to go.

This Dental office stands apart from other dental centers that are currently operating under that standard of providing urgent family care. They were kind ,professional and the Dentist is experienced and efficient. Their prices are good also .

I have been in so much pain! Dr. Whalen listened to me and helped me make a plan for long term goals. She was gentle and made sure I was completely numb before doing any work. I have extreme dentist anxiety. I definitely recommend her and will continue treatment with her.

I was a bit skeptical at first about the place. I walked in with my husband and son and we were not greeted, luckily the rest of the visit went really well. They got us in right away. My son needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction (it was impacted) and that didn’t take the doctor very long to get out, great job! I thought it would be SUPER expensive, but it was very reasonable. I will be recommending this place.

My crown came off at 9pm on a Friday night. I found this clinic online and made an appointment for 10am Saturday morning. A confirmation email was sent to me. The staff was great! My crown is cemented on again and I’m thrilled to leave tomorrow morning on vacation as planned!!
