Absolutely worst experience JUST OVER THE PHONE. The lady was extremely rude she told me everyone cancelled today so i asked to come in she said no because the were 2 hours till closing!!! Sounds like pure laziness and then she played like she couldn’t hear me on the phone and hung up on me!! Tried calling again and they would pick up n hang up right away!! So glad i didnt even get to the point to schedule a visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else if thats how they treat new patients

From the moment I walked in the door, the team at Urgent Dental Center was incredibly helpful and empathetic. They understood the gravity of my situation and got me straight into a treatment room immediately—no unnecessary waiting or delays. The entire process was smooth, professional, and comforting. They quickly diagnosed the issue, set me straight, and resolved the excruciating pain. I am now completely pain-free and so incredibly pleased with the outcome. Every single person I interacted with, from the front office staff to the dental professionals, was genuinely nice and compassionate.
