Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry

I went today to have a tooth pulled that had been hurting for a few days. Destiny at check in is so nice and welcoming, answered all my questions has such a beautiful soul. Both techs were the same as so nice and comforting. The Dr is super nice and took the anxiety away. There was no pain in any way, the shots to the gums, he used numbing medicine before and felt nothing during the pulling. I will definitely be returning for all my dental needs. Hands down the best dental office I have been to.

I haven’t had any issues with this facility. I was in and out extremely fast. They’re friendly and took care of my needs. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!! My insurance works excellent with this dental office. My projected results and price are maybe a third of what I’ve heard from other dentists Which had me mind blown don’t hesitate to at least stop in and check them out for yourself!! If you are looking for a dentist while pregnant I highly recommend them!!! I went to another dentist at the beginning of my pregnancy & had a horrible experience! Found Urgent Dental west & got exceptional service. He explained why things can and cannot be done during pregnancy. He made me feel heard & wouldn’t do anything that could hurt my baby in the womb. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be telling everyone I know to come here.

Horrible. I came in for a root canal almost a year ago, came in with pain under my tooth and was told to floss months later. Same exact pain brought me in for most recent visit and was told there needs to be a redo on that tooth and sent me on my way. I proceeded to ask to get a couple fillings a cleaning and just an overall check of my teeth and that seemed to be stressful for them. If you want a bandaid for your issue best in the business, if you’d like to get your teeth fixed probably wait that little bit and see a good one.

I LOVE the Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry office located on Lafayette Road in Indy. The Dr. is always very understanding, kind and listens to my needs. There was a small dental issue and he corrected it immediately. The staff especially the ladies at the front desk are very nice and professional. I give this office 5 stars. ❤️

The ladies at the front desk were so nice and polite. Dr. Issa was very kind and the office was very clean. Went back on 08/07/25 to have root canal and crown and I was very satisfied with the service. Dr. Issa was so very gentle making sure I knew what he was doing every step. Joe was so gentle getting molds of my teeth for the crown and Leo was nice and welcoming. Overall very satisfied with the service and staff.

absolutely ridiculous! my teeth haven't been clean in over a year and i had a exposed nerve that needed handled asap. on top of two extractions, i also needed root canals as well. and even tho most of the time the stint doesn't chip of or stuck in the tooth, it happened to me, there! they then referred me to two specialists bc they didn't have the proper equipment at this location. the first place they sent me said they took my insurance, but didn't. the second - which is in Anderson - also said they took my insurance, later finding out, they do but Urgent Sental Center entered the wrong codes and sent misinformation to the insurance company. So two weeks later, with a temporary filling already coming out bc of normal brushing teeth, i have a pea size whole in my front tooth that couldn't be taken care of bc of the issues and mistakes of Urgent Care. I asked for documentation and follow ups sent to my email so i can track when the claim but they brushed me off.i don't even know if they actually sent the claim in to be completely honest. also not only am i from Indy, i took off both my jobs that day to go to Anderson for this treatment, im out of $120 thats non refundable and more importantly, i have a whole damn tooth still unfilled in the front of my mouth - AND I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE- the front desk ladies both seemed rude, unprofessional and oblivious and careless on my issues when everything was literally this places fault. The stint being left in my tooth was preventable, the codes being entered and sent to the insurance company company could and should have been preventable and the referrals are not as they say they are. this place should be avoided at all costs unless you want the hassle, the embarrassment of a whole in your theeth, out of money, unprofessional and cluesss .

Had an extraction done. Dr. Yassir was great!! I was done within 30 minutes. The other staff was great as well. And thumbs up to Destiny for looking out for me!!

Not a pleasant experience. I arrived early, completed the paper work (twice), and got called back on time. It was a struggle after that. I waited a long time to see the doctor ... saw him for about three minutes. He glanced at the xrays and did an extremely cursory look at my mouth. He told me everything was great. I then waited another hour or more to get my teeth cleaned at a very high cost. And the cleaning was not through. I am pretty sure they didn't even touch at least half of my teeth. If my car had been washed this poorly, I would be asking for a redo. The presenting problem was not addressed (or even examined). I was not asked to schedule a treatment appointment. Yet a 6-month follow up was scheduled with no input from me. Needless to say, I cancelled that! I can not recommend this dental office.

Came in with my daughter and the DA, Leo made her feel welcome and comfortable during her visit. She’s young and it was nice to see that they were able to make her feel comfortable. Everyone in the office was friendly and we will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone.
