Outstanding dentist. Had 2 root canals today and felt absolutely nothing!! The office staff is amazing,they handled all my insurance needs instantly. They feel like family already.guys, I'm telling you these folks are amazing. Almost can't wait to go back. Love them....

I went today to have a tooth pulled that had been hurting for a few days. Destiny at check in is so nice and welcoming, answered all my questions has such a beautiful soul. Both techs were the same as so nice and comforting. The Dr is super nice and took the anxiety away. There was no pain in any way, the shots to the gums, he used numbing medicine before and felt nothing during the pulling. I will definitely be returning for all my dental needs. Hands down the best dental office I have been to.

De Yasir is the best ( I hope I pronounced his name right ) and all the staff that helps him is awesome I can’t think of everyone name I traveled from east side of town to him and he listen and makes sure he gets it right he has done 2 crowns and I’m very satisfied 5 star

Horrible. I came in for a root canal almost a year ago, came in with pain under my tooth and was told to floss months later. Same exact pain brought me in for most recent visit and was told there needs to be a redo on that tooth and sent me on my way. I proceeded to ask to get a couple fillings a cleaning and just an overall check of my teeth and that seemed to be stressful for them. If you want a bandaid for your issue best in the business, if you’d like to get your teeth fixed probably wait that little bit and see a good one. ****follow up to this review. Just found a great primary that I should have had already in the first place. But found out my wisdom teeth were indeed pushing into my others which the dentist at urgent mentioned all was well and no issues. Next is finding 2 more root canals that could potentially be needed due to missed filling needed in prior visits to this horrible place. Glad I found a dentist who doesn’t put a fear in the industry. Going to you guys felt like going to you uncles mechanic shop in the backyard.

I was so nervous, dentures been hurting for so long. Dr. Wise helped ease my nervousness and made adjustments comfortable. He was professional as was the front desk staff and all.

I LOVE the Urgent Dental Center & Family Dentistry office located on Lafayette Road in Indy. The Dr. is always very understanding, kind and listens to my needs. There was a small dental issue and he corrected it immediately. The staff especially the ladies at the front desk are very nice and professional. I give this office 5 stars. ❤️

Room was very cool I guess due to very low outside temperatures. Next trip I need to wear a sweatshirt. Everyone was very nice. Great service.

absolutely ridiculous! my teeth haven't been clean in over a year and i had a exposed nerve that needed handled asap. on top of two extractions, i also needed root canals as well. and even tho most of the time the stint doesn't chip of or stuck in the tooth, it happened to me, there! they then referred me to two specialists bc they didn't have the proper equipment at this location. the first place they sent me said they took my insurance, but didn't. the second - which is in Anderson - also said they took my insurance, later finding out, they do but Urgent Sental Center entered the wrong codes and sent misinformation to the insurance company. So two weeks later, with a temporary filling already coming out bc of normal brushing teeth, i have a pea size whole in my front tooth that couldn't be taken care of bc of the issues and mistakes of Urgent Care. I asked for documentation and follow ups sent to my email so i can track when the claim but they brushed me off.i don't even know if they actually sent the claim in to be completely honest. also not only am i from Indy, i took off both my jobs that day to go to Anderson for this treatment, im out of $120 thats non refundable and more importantly, i have a whole damn tooth still unfilled in the front of my mouth - AND I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE- the front desk ladies both seemed rude, unprofessional and oblivious and careless on my issues when everything was literally this places fault. The stint being left in my tooth was preventable, the codes being entered and sent to the insurance company company could and should have been preventable and the referrals are not as they say they are. this place should be avoided at all costs unless you want the hassle, the embarrassment of a whole in your theeth, out of money, unprofessional and cluesss .

Had an extraction done. Dr. Yassir was great!! I was done within 30 minutes. The other staff was great as well. And thumbs up to Destiny for looking out for me!!

I haven’t had any issues with this facility. I was in and out extremely fast. They’re friendly and took care of my needs. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!! My insurance works excellent with this dental office. My projected results and price are maybe a third of what I’ve heard from other dentists Which had me mind blown don’t hesitate to at least stop in and check them out for yourself!!
