Absolutely worst experience. Arrived 10 minutes early for an 1115 appointment. Finally saw a medical student at around 1200. At 1225 I requested a refund as I had to leave to ensure I wasn’t late for my next appointment. While waiting for the refund paperwork I saw that they had taken others who arrived 45 minutes after I did. Horrible experience do not recommend at all.

I had what I thought was a good Dr, however I came to realize in actuality she sucked.. She couldnt even fully explain my bloodwork/results...I saw a Gastroenterologist NOT referred by her and they had to do another blood screening bc the one she did wasn't accurate... I have so many other things g I can write, but I know it won't make a difference... The NURSES AT THE CLINIC ARE INCREDIBLE HOWEVER...

I did a DOT medical certification at them, I asked if they do a small card, the guy at the register said yes, after the examination they gave me a large A4 paper, when I asked where the small license was, they said to go to the dmv and I will get it there, I did so and spent about three hours on waiting for the dmv to laugh at this and say that such a card is only made where there is medical card 🤦🏻

I am writing to express my concern about an experience I had during my visit to your office on July 9, 2025, around 6:30 PM. When I arrived, I was initially greeted by the front desk staff. However, after I mentioned that I did not have insurance, her demeanor noticeably changed and became rude. She informed me that the visit would cost $209, which I acknowledged without issue. While I was completing the paperwork, she then loudly announced in the lobby that the flu test would be an additional charge. I felt this could have been communicated to me more privately and respectfully, especially considering the sensitive nature of medical discussions. Her tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, and I ultimately decided to leave without being seen. Before I left, I also noticed her giving me a strange and disapproving look, which further contributed to my discomfort. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that steps can be taken to ensure that all patients—regardless of insurance status

I can’t recommend StethoMD enough! The level of care and professionalism here is outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The doctors are highly professional and take the time to understand your health concerns, explaining everything thoroughly. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I feel truly cared for. If you’re looking for a dependable and compassionate practice, StethoMD is definitely the place to go!

Would not take me about 8:20/25pm because I have never been seen here before. Signage should reflect this business practice. I’m insured (PPO) and it’s never an issue for me to complete any required documentation in a fast efficient manner. Poor customer service in my opinion. I’ll pass on this location for quick urgent care moving forward.

this is not an urgent care clinic. i know google says they are, i know maps might indicate so, and even the office staff might even confirm you are getting urgent care, but they are NOT an urgent care clinic. you will be billed as if this is a regular primary care doctor visit, even though it says urgent care. you may not be covered by insurance, even though the office staff says you are. be warned and save yourself hundreds of dollars

Excellent Doctor. The nurse Erin was attentive. I had to fly the next day and I was nervous about getting my RX in time. My pharmacy closes at 5 on Saturday. They made sure I was cared for.

Doctor didn't explain anything just prescription on your way paid 149.00 visit up front then I was seen by doctor probably 5 min then asked for receipt when leaving guy at counter said it's a sliding scale bill. Said bill maybe less maybe more Was sent a bill for 28.00 for a quit smoking paper bill says intensive tobacco use 10mins then misc 18.00 scam never been to a walk in with surprise billing shenanigans like a hospital there was no wait I see why now

When the doctor walked in she seemed very rude off the bat. She wasn't listening to me and kept interrupting me and was talking to me like I was stupid while I was trying to explain my symptoms. She came back in the room as I requested to talk to her again and she LIED straight to my face saying she described what the blood work was for when she never described it and then once she did it was completely different than what the nurse said. I asked to leave and walked out in tears feeling so disrespected by a medical "professional". I sat here for hours and never got an explanation, a diagnosis, medication, etc. So I'm still sick and in tears. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any type of office. Her career choice needs to be reevaluated because she made it very clear she doesn't care about her patients. I have never been so disrespected in my life. DR. Farhana Rahman gave me a horrific experience.
