The wait time was not bad, but I would have rather waited longer for better service. I came to this location for a throat issue, and neither the doctor nor assistant were knowledgeable enough to treat me. They prescribed me medication that was completely unrelated to my complaint. Then, they sent samples to the lab and I never received a call back with a result (it’s been weeks now). The next day I went to a DIFFERENT urgent care and they prescribed me the CORRECT medication and solved my issue which goes to show that the medical staff at this location had no understanding of what was going on with me. In the end, all I needed to fix the issue was Amoxicillin.

The staff was great! I got really lucky and they weren't busy so I got seen right away. The medical assistant was so lovely and caring. She asked all the right questions. When I saw the provider he was respectful and very caring. He totally understood what I needed. Best urgent care experience!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The wait time was short maybe 10 minutes. Dr. Donald Roland was great. He was friendly, listen to me and explained how the medicine he was giving would work. It was one of the best experiences I had with a Dr.& staff. I wil definitely go back if I need to.

Customer service here is HORRIBLE!! I came here to get an X-ray for my son, he just saw the pediatrician prior and sent us to get one after she checked him out. We waited, were sent to a room, the provider came in and said he did not feel comfortable doing a pediatric X-ray so we left and had to get it elsewhere. However, I still received a bill for the visit and have been fighting with them since. Billing referred me to the manager, who will not respond back to phone calls or emails, the front desk is no help and rude. Don’t waste your time going here. I am a RN, and this is not ok!

Staff was nice BUT I was in Monday and had a strep test. The rapid test was negative but they did a culture and said they’d call me in 2-3 days if it was positive. They didn’t call me I went back today, Friday because my throat was worse. The rapid test was again negative but when the PA came into my room he said my culture showed I had H Influenza, much more serious. They never called. I’m a kidney transplant patient, which they knew. I could have gotten VERY sick or died. I was not happy that they didn't call but I was very impressed in retrospect that they tested for this bacterial infection which my PCP did not.

My son is highly on the spectrum. We usually go to this urgent care. Typically they're usually great. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience since they had misinformed me when on the phone that they would do a clearance form for him. They wasted my time and highly upset my son since he was unable to be seen by the doctor to get his clearance. I then had to drive home with a screaming crying 10 year-old because no one knows what they're doing there

Very well run office. Clean and efficient Staff was wonderful and caring Wait times was great. Visited today to have a head wound (from a fall and originally treated by the ER) The wound was nasty and I went to be sure that there was no infection Dr Roland was wonderful. Cleaned the wound and added bacitracin ! It's the best U.C around here

My husband visited urgent care early morning and everyone couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. He had an explanation of what he had going on and what he needed to clear up his bronchitis. Would definitely go to this office again if needed. Thank you.

My experience with Dr. Roland and the nurse/desk attendant that day recently was great. I wish I remembered her name. I give four stars instead of five b/c the experience with other docs and desk attendants has not always been great.

All staff very friendly and informative. Walked in to make an appointment for blood work and they said they could do it now. Dr Roland was very nice.
