URGENT CARE FAMILY CLINIC

The Urgent Care Family clinic is by far the best urgent care facility I have been in. He returned a call in response to a message I left on his voicemail and I really appreciated that. I didn’t have long. Dr. Lazaro is very knowledgeable, kind and personable. He listens to your concerns and is very thorough. He was able to diagnose my condition and made me feel comfortable and confident. Hands down the best family clinic. Kudos to dr. Roche and his staff.

Amazing and professional. Front desk staff provided outstanding customer service. There was no long wait time.The doctor was friendly and extremely helpful. He explained everything in great detail. I left the clinic feeling so much better. I highly recommended this clinic. Accepts most insurance and very affordable rates.

This provider is excellence at it's finest! He truly cares for everyone who walks in his clinic. I definitely recommend him. I've visited twice and eventhough i live far away i don't mind taking the drive for great service and treatment!

I brought my son to this urgent care and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were caring, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and they helped my son feel at ease. The service was quick but never rushed, and you could tell they truly cared. Fast and efficient service. I first came in for an urgent visit and was impressed with how quickly I was seen. I had such a good experience that I came back and now use them as my primary care provider as well. Great staff and very convenient.

9/1/2025 Brought my daughter in because she had a big gash on her leg.The clinic is so nice and clean. We were literally In and out. Dr Roche was so attentive & explained everything he was going to do. This is my new urgent care. Thanks to the receptionist as well. She made things a breeze. 9/12/2025 Originally I gave this review a 5 star because we were in and out & it was a holiday but if I could give this a 0 star I would. We literally spent no more than 15 minutes in the clinic which I’m not complaining about. Well after my daughter got the stitches on Monday, I cared for the wound exactly like the Dr said, cleaning it 2x a day, taking her antibiotics etc.. By Wednesday, when she came home from school it was pus-ing and leaking. It did this every day and got worse but we continued doing exactly what the dr said. She left for the weekend, but I made sure they kept it clean and she took her meds. When she got home Sunday, I went to clean it and to me I said it doesn’t seem to be healing right because it shouldn’t still be pus-ing and bleeding. It looked like a scab was growing outward so I told her I wouldn’t it off so it can heal properly. When I went to cut it off I noticed it was hard, I pulled up the hard piece and come to find out it was a piece of the rock that my daughter had slipped on that’s was sticking out of the wound. I had always wondered why the Dr didn’t clean inside her wound, he only cleaned the outside of the wound where all the extra blood was for him to staple her up. We went to an ER, the Dr confirmed it has been infected. That the original treating Dr should have cleaned the wound throughly before closing it. He prescribed more antibiotics for the infection. We went back yesterday to get the staples removed. When I was telling the Dr that there was a rock on there and that I noticed he didn’t clean it, he cut me off and walked off but was still super friendly. Nice doctor but instead of rushing things, next time take your time because things could have been a lot worst. The other Drs and nurses have said I should report this to the board. There should be no shortcuts in medicine!

Dr. Roche is an excellent doctor. He was very professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. My wait time was short and I did not feel rushed. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche and gladly go back.

Dr. Roche was extremely kind, helpful and quick to help us find out what was going on. He took my concerns and symptoms seriously, talked us through everything and was also very affordable.
