Urgent Care at Westridge Health Center

I had this horrible cough and could hardly breathe. I was worried about going in because what will they tell me besides have a cough drop and get some rest? I was pleasantly surprised how seriously they took my condition and I was provided quick relief through a breathing treatment that I've never even heard of before, and then given an inhaler to help moving forward. I was just a walk-in but they saw me so quickly and it was a quick in and out as well!

I brought my daughter in. We waited a few mins before we got called back which was great! The nurse took her vitals etc.. and told us the doctor would be in to see us in a few minutes. A whole HOUR went by, no communication or anything. I finally got fed up and went to ask what was going on. The nurses ar thw station were rude and dismissive. I went back into my room to gather my things and leave and suddenly he appears. So unprofessional to leave a patient sitting in the room waiting for over an hour with NO communication.

Mary C Fleck was an ideal provider. She was very engaging, shared my health information that was relevant to my visit with me, and included me in the decision making for treatment. She was hands down, by far, the best Urgent Care provider I have ever had. My wait time before I was taken back by the nurse was less than 5 minutes.

Excellent care from checking in to leaving. Wait time short from start to finish. Kind and informed staff. Efficient. This is the best care I have received in an urgent care situation.

I always visit this urgent care whenever I need medical help. The staff are professional, kind, and always treat me with respect and care. The place is clean, organized, and the service is fast. I truly appreciate their great work and highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

The entire experience was amazing!! The lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful and made me feel important. I was taken back almost immediately to a room by a CNA/MA who was very efficient and let me know what to expect. I was then seen in 5 minutes or less by an exceptional nurse practitioner who made me feel very comfortable and her diagnosis and treatment plan. The final amazing aspect was I walked out straight out to the pharmacy expecting to check in and wait for my prescription -- but no it was already ready for me to pick up. I couldn't be more satisfied or pleased about the kind, efficient service I received.

Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were kind and listened to me. I felt they went above what was needed and gave good advise. I always receive the best service at Westridge.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was seen in a timely manner, and they made sure all patients were wearing masks, and had hand sanitizer handy. Definitely would recommend.
