Urgent Care at Stansbury Health Center

We didn't even have to wait to be seen! The staff at the front desk got us right in (and they were extremely kind). Traevynn was great, made us feel very comfortable and was awesome; he always is! Craig came right in after and took excellent care of us and got the info needed to recommend that my mother should be seen by the ER Department at our local hospital. Craig and Traevynn then informed the hospital we were on our way. When we got to the ER, they too got us right in. What great teamwork!

I came in a year ago and had an issue with Heather M George, she was not willing to listen to my concerns with my daughter and had no bedside manner. She snapped at me over asking how much longer due to having to get my other daughter from preschool and said that patients were seen by triage which I understand. I had the same experience today. She again was very short and seems jaded by her time as a PA. I would suggest asking to be seen by another PA if you get her to ensure that you are validated by your concerns and treated with dignity and respect. I will make sure I never get her again as the health care system needs these type of PA not interacting with patients.

We came in today for my daughter, having fevers. We saw Heather, the PA And she was nothing but. The staff catered to not only my daughter‘s needs and my sons. Honestly, one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. We were coming from out of state and traveling through so I was nervous about being seeing on an urgent.

They looked busy but I was registered quickly and seen almost immediately. Couldn't believe it! Friendly and very attentive front staff. Whole clinic was shiny clean, felt so safe and sterile. The medical staff were kind and listened to my symptoms and gave me a clear and proper treatment plan. I knew what to do if things got worse. Then today they called to follow-up with my results and to check on my condition. Excellent service. Onsite pharmacy is absolutely a godsend when you're so sick and don't want to make another trip. They are so nice and make sure you understand everything about your meds. Absolutely stellar clinic. I think people who give bad reviews just don't have insurance and blame the clinic for high costs. That's not their fault - talk to you Senator!!!

Everyone was extremely courteous, friendly and professional, and the facility was pristine and comfortable. Everyone beginning with the receptionist (I wish I could remember her name (1530 at Stansbury location)); Nalani, MA; Connor England, PAC; and Sharon, Lab Technician was concerned about me as a patient. Connor was very thorough during the examination, listened carefully to me and provided an excellent assessment of my condition. I am from Virginia visiting family; I could not have asked for better care. Please pass on my sincere appreciation.

I wish I could remember names, but the two people who saw me were extremely kind and listened to me. I was in to get tested for the flu and felt very poor but these two individuals cheered me up with their care and concern for me. Everything from beginning to end was great and painless. One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had.

Everyone was very nice and they saw me quickly, but during the visit, they didn't run any tests, and it turns out, I had the flu for over a week, didn't know, and didn't get the proper treatment/care. Very frustrating and disappointing!

Heather is a fantastic practitioner; she’s super knowledgeable, very caring, and just all around a really amazing and professional caregiver. Malachi was also really amazing during my visit, leant me a caring ear and was very sympathetic as well as being efficient.

The female urgent care doctor that works in the afternoon is awful. She doesn't listen to your concerns and dismisses them very quickly. I don't remember her name, but she really doesn't belong working in healthcare. She told my daughter that her sore throat wasn't contagious and sent her home. I now have the same thing she has. Not contagious, huh? This lady is terrible.
