Urgent Care at Redstone Health Center

We took 2 sick children to urgent care over the holidays when we were traveling to Park City and had an excellent experience. Wait time was less than average for urgent care. Staff was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Loved the convenience of the attached pharmacy and the pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help us. If you are unfortunate enough to have strep and flu over vacation, at least there is this amazing clinic to help.

The front desk attendant was so pleasant and helpful. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Brian M. Kelly was my NP. He was courteous, listened well, thoughtful advise, and kind! Highest ranking! Less than 45 min from the time I walked in the door until I walked over to the in-house pharmacy. Such fast service! The pharmacy was kind and efficient also. I live in MO, and was so grateful for sound health service while on vacation. Thank-you!

I am sorry that I do not know their names, but the medical assistant and physician assistant on staff at the urgent care center in the Redstone developemnent in Park City on Saturday February 28th around 9:30 were terrific in every way.

Our providers were absolutely the best! So kind and helpful!! Sylvia was incredible along with both nurses that took care of my son.

The staff were responsive and skilled. The nurses spent time with me and I didn't feel rushed. They got me in quickly. The clinic is very nice and if needed, I would absolutely go again.

I went to quick care after I fell. I don't know all the names of the staff but OUTSTANDING care is what I received. Walking or I should say limping badly, the receptionist came running out offering my daughter and I a wheelchair. My wait was very short and the nurse, nurse in training and the Dr. were so caring and patient. I couldn't me more pleased ! Thank you!!

Everything was extremely professional and very quick. I highly recommend the staff and this Urgent care facility.

We unfortunately had to visit twice- one for a severe sore throat and the next day with my other kid for possible broken thumb. Both times check in with Dana was fast and friendly, wait times minimal and doctors amazing. Professional, communicative and efficient. Highly recommend!

I came down with a bad cold right after getting to Park City and came here to make sure I did not have Covid or something more serious. 45 minute visit, all tests negative, and an oral steroid was given. About a month later I get bill for $416! After talking to my insurance and their billing dept, we figured out they wrote down my insurance number wrong. After another month I got another bill for $212 after insurance. When I went to pay online, it went up to $435! After calling billing again, they confirmed they added another charge that was not on the first or second bills I got in the mail. Total charges before insurance are over $800. Unless you are deathly ill or obscenely rich, I would not come here.

I visited on a Sunday for a knee injury from skiing. I was Pleasantly surprised by the short wait time and great level of care. It was also much less expensive than I anticipated. All of the staff were very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend for those unfortunate enough to suffer an incident or injury on the slopes
