Forest helped us narrow down what the problem was on my Maytag washer and explained the process of how we could fix it and ordered the parts we would need! Great communication and will definitely use again if we have any other appliance issues!

Be aware he charges 3x the price GE charges for it’s parts. Understand a business must make money but charging 3x the price is not being community/citizen friendly it is taking advantage of citizens already struggling to keep up.

Forrest showed up to look at our LG refrigerator. He plugged it in and felt the compressor. He ran no diagnostics and didn't even put an ohm meter on the unit. Immediately stated that we needed a new refrigerator, that we had no freon. $150 to drive out and plug it in and tell me it needs replaced. Not good work nor a fair price in my opinion.

Highly recommend! He spent a lot of time and effort working on my microwave, that we both knew likely would have been easier to just replace, all to save me some money. As a single parent that meant so much to me! Will definitely use again!

Forrest was able to quickly accommodate our appointment when our dryer stopped functioning. He was transparent about the issues it had as well as the pricing for repair vs buying a new unit. I appreciated his honestly! He was very down to earth and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable appliance repair technician.

Very impressed with our service. Forrest showed up on time to look at our GE dryer. He was courteous and professional, and diagnosed the problem in only a few minutes. He got the dryer going again, but also warned us that a manufacturing design flaw meant the same thing could happen again in the future. He had seen it before. We appreciated this extra insight. He even recommended other brands to look at, in case we wanted to opt for a replacement. So, we got a repair and some useful advice, all at a very reasonable price. We would definitely use him again.

We have an LG refrigerator and several companies will not touch them. I contacted Forrest and he arrived same day with a 30 minute arrival notice, quick diagnosis, and excellent customer service! Will use this company again!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Very hostile attitude, will not take his time, gave me the completely wrong diagnosis for my issue. Waste of money and time. Do not use this service if you want to dig yourself a deeper hole.

Forrest was very professional and attentive to making sure my washer was working proficiently. He explained everything that was an issue and the price of of what everything cost he was very responsible and cares about what he does. He was a blessing to me and I thank him for that. I highly recommend him .
