I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience really left a bad taste. I took a Taxi in Mildura to Flora Avenue — a trip I do pretty often. It normally costs around $16 during the day, and maybe $21–$22 on weekends. This time, though, the driver didn’t turn on the meter at all. When we got to my destination, he asked me for $50 cash, which was shocking.On top of that, the car had a strong, unpleasant smell that made the ride pretty uncomfortable. The driver wasn’t rude, but the whole situation felt wrong and unprofessional. I honestly felt ripped off, especially knowing what the trip usually costs.😡

The staff were very accommodating and went an extra mile. I dropped my phone in the car and I called their customer service and provided the details for my trip. They trace the driver and the driver found my phone and returned it to my address. Very recommendable!

I never expected it, but I tried booking with URCAB from Adelaide goig to Mildura. They showed up and picked me up even though it's too far away. There were no dull moments with the driver because I had a great chat with him while on our journey. I am surprised and very grateful! I would highly recommend URCAB!

Other than getting us home safely I won’t rate our driver at all. He was rude and didn’t respond to general questions asked by wife. Really not hard to say hello back. Definitely won’t use this company again. Don’t do a customer service based job if you don’t like it! Posted 23/10/24 @ 5.10pm. .

I had flown into Mildura and had booked a cab with the airline during the flight. When I arrived in Mildura there were three taxis all of which were grabbed but there wasn’t one for me. A quick search online and I have urcab’s app and a cab on its way. The car was immaculate, the driver was both professional and friendly on the journey into the city. We had a long chat about the company and its philosophy. When I had to return to the airport I pulled out the app and got the same driver back. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again when I land in Mildura again.
