The ear seeds are super easy to use, and we have kits that include a large ear chart. The chart has two points that might be helpful for ADD, including one for memory. There are also two recipe cards with the NADA protocol on them. I find those five points immensely helpful for dealing with a variety of overwhelming emotions / great for general calming.
When I use the ear seeds at home, I use a tweezer to help get them off of the card they come on. Sometimes I use the tweezer to help place it on my ear, sometimes I just place it on my ear with my fingers. I apply the ear beads using a mirror, and I try to just do the best approximation that I can. Ears are remarkably different, and I have found it helpful to apply the beads even if I'm not sure they are in exactly the right spot. I press on the seeds during the application, and then I press them when I think of it. If they manage to stay on, that is great, just remove them after 7 days. I find I struggle to keep them on past 3 days, as I frequently end up scratching them off accidentally. I still find them helpful.
The kits are $5, and come with 120 seeds. I usually use 2-5 per ear at a time. I generally apply the seeds to both of my ears at once, but doing only one ear is also good.The kits are very straightforward to use, it is kind of like putting on a small bandage.
