I purchased a pair of Klim Adventure boots from these guys and the service has been outstanding. I did have a minor issue with one of the boots, but they addressed it immediately and resolved it without any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had an excellent experience at Urban Rider London. I arrived in the morning and spent about 2 hours trying on different jackets. The staff were fantastic—special thanks to Felix and Mario who were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, never rushed me, and made the whole process enjoyable. I ended up buying two jackets and couldn’t be happier. Even as a tourist with only two days in London, it was absolutely worth the 45-minute trip to get here. Highly recommend Urban Rider for anyone looking for quality gear and outstanding service!

Great customer service both in store and from the team at HQ. I purchased a jacket around six months ago, and after a few months the stitching unfortunately started to come apart. I went into the store where the team were really helpful in walking me through the options. Thankfully the issue was covered under the jacket’s warranty. Izabela, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, guided me through the whole process and explained what would happen next. A few weeks later the jacket had been repaired and was on its way back from the manufacturer. Unfortunately it was lost in the post, but Izabela stayed on top of everything and quickly arranged a brand new replacement jacket for me, which was shipped out the very next day. Sometimes things go wrong, but what really matters is how a company handles it. The team at Urban Rider handled everything quickly and professionally, and made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. Brilliant service from the whole team, especially Izabela.

I've ordered multiple times from UrbanRider, and they've been great. They carry some great items from quality brands, their customer service is responsive and excellent, and the international shipping is pretty quick. It can be a bit if a gamble for me, since I'm in the U.S. and shipping for returns from here isn't covered (and there are also import duties to pay to the courier) – but if you are careful with your order details on things such as sizing and everything fits, then it's totally worth it.

Max was an absolute legend. Really helpful, plenty of knowledge on the products and ultimately made the process of buying a helmet & tail tidy kit enjoyable. Appreciate it & highly recommend!

The customer service here is worth a visit if you need something for your motorbike. We needed a helmet for our Vespa and knew we wanted a Hedon, and the staff there were so helpful, which allowed us to choose with confidence. We felt welcomed in the store by all staff. Patient, kind, helpful and the shop itself had a huge range on shelf and in their storage. Highly recommend.

When you have a media savvy retailer with really good buyers you end up with a great looking website with endless product video reviews, the most stylish stock of anyone out there, great products and great customer service. What's not to like? They're in London and I'm too far to visit from Manchester, but since even the returns process is made easy, it's not an issue. Overall my favourite retailer for Bike gear.

Excellent customer service! I had many detailed questions about the Merlin Mason 2 Waterproof Jeans, and the Urban Rider team (especially Sonia and Izabela) were always quick, polite, and very helpful in their replies. They provided accurate measurements, explained the AAA certification, and even assisted me when I had an issue with the payment. The order arrived in Poland in perfect condition. Highly recommended!
