Urban Rider

I had an excellent experience at Urban Rider London. I arrived in the morning and spent about 2 hours trying on different jackets. The staff were fantastic—special thanks to Felix and Mario who were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, never rushed me, and made the whole process enjoyable. I ended up buying two jackets and couldn’t be happier. Even as a tourist with only two days in London, it was absolutely worth the 45-minute trip to get here. Highly recommend Urban Rider for anyone looking for quality gear and outstanding service!

Excellent customer service! I had many detailed questions about the Merlin Mason 2 Waterproof Jeans, and the Urban Rider team (especially Sonia and Izabela) were always quick, polite, and very helpful in their replies. They provided accurate measurements, explained the AAA certification, and even assisted me when I had an issue with the payment. The order arrived in Poland in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to give five stars but can’t due to the dispatch/delivery process. The products are great and beautifully packagedd and the shop has great competitively priced products that are simply not available anywhere else. But sadly, dispatch takes a little too long in my opinion, and it’s misleading to give customers impression that delivery is 1-3 business days, when in fact delivery could be more than a week, and judging by some other reviews much longer. Please don’t advertise delivery time after dispatch… . It’s a swizz and a little deceptive. Come on Urban Rider, you can do better.

I bought 2 Belstaff jackets from Urban Rider, at a good price in the BF sale. One had a minor issue, and they handled it well, professionally and communicated quick. Given this (thanks Izabella), I'll be back again and thanks for the great service.

Fantastic customer service and quick delivery. I love buying all my biking gear and accessories here. Sonia is extremely helpful and so quick to get hold of! They keep you updated on your delivery and are very good at sticking with the timeline for delivery they offer.

Best customer experience ever! I had an issue with the armor in a pair of Knox riding pants I purchased from Urban Rider a year ago. The pieces had become brittle and tore when I removed them before washing. After failing to get replacements through Knox, I reached out to Urban Rider. Izabela was excellent - fast, efficient, and friendly - and she arranged a fair solution right away. It was a great experience and better than what I usually see with U.S. e-commerce
