Urban Oasis Pool & Spa Service, LLC

Horrible service, no communication skills and extremely rude when confronted as to why pool was brown after several months of him servicing the pool (which was clean when he started). The photo below was taken just hours after he had left, he blamed it on our chickens (that don’t even go in or near the pool?) and then followed up with “I’d be embarrassed if I were you” referring to the animals in our yard- we have 2 chickens that roam our 5 acres and 3 dogs... We do know several people with pools that also live in the country, with animals and orchards near by, and they have no problem keeping their pools clean, so his excuse of the animals/ orchards making it dirty doesn’t really make sense to me. We’ve previously had no real problem keeping it clean besides when we lacked the times to take care of it, thus why we hired him. VERY unprofessional and extremely rude all around.
