Filter clean For existing customers. One-Time Filter cleans (non-customers) $95 Does not apply to sand filters

Weekly service includes: 1. Empty filter & skimmers baskets 2. Brush pool walls and steps. 3. Skim pool 4. Check that all pool equipment is functioning properly. 5. Check free Chlorine, pH & Alkalinity 6. Provide all chemicals to properly maintain levels and the health of your pool.

Take pool readings and provide chemicals only.

Pools need to be drained and refilled approx. every 5 years: 1. Drain pool. 2. Clean filter 3. Provide all necessary startup chemicals to get your pool to within normal parameters.

Labor rate is $95/hr (One hour Min.) Repair plumbing, filters, pumps etc.

Pressure wash concrete, fencing, stucco etc.

Empty and replacement with new sand: 300-350lbs - $350 400lbs - $450 500-600lbs - $550

Remove hard water calcium build-up on tile, rock water features, apply tile sealer to help prevent future build-up.
