George and Jay are very personable, polite, with a great sense of humour, are respectful of both you and your property, and at the same time very professional. From first contact with them, they were attentive, and listened to what we wanted. They are very knowledgeable about the products and installation, and guided us through the process, keeping us informed along the way. They replaced all windows, external doors, patio and garage doors in both of our properties. They worked really hard and completed a first class job with excellent attention to detail. We got triple glazing, the quality is great, and has made such a difference. We are delighted with everything - I love my new front door! We have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We had new windows and doors for both of our properties and we cannot recommend UPVCmaster enough. The service was totally professional and nothing was too much trouble despite asking numerous questions. This was the second time we've used UPVCmaster, after a successful install of new patio doors and a large lounge window, we had them back to replace the remaining 6 windows on that floor. As before everything was expertly installed and all mess cleared away. Great company to use for windows and doors, which are high quality with triple glazing as standard.

Having had replacement windows in several properties in the past, we took our time before selecting UPVC Master to replace our French doors and windows, and we are so glad we made that choice. Both Jay and George couldn't have been more patient and helpful in answering our questions and explaining everything. The installation was quick, but totally professional, and the place was left perfectly tidy and clear of waste, both inside and out. We're exceptionally pleased with the quality of the windows, the triple glazing and the finish are excellent and the integral flyscreens have made a huge difference in the hot weather.
