Hussain and his son replaced a window for me in my sunroom in October 2025. It was triple glazed and had blown. It was an enormous piece of glass and an unusual shape, so I was worried about the cost of replacing it. Hussain gave a competitive quote, and importantly his communication and updates were excellent. He came out to measure the glass so the new one was a perfect fit. It was clearly very heavy and he did a tidy, careful job fitting the new one. I'm really pleased with the result, and have no hesitation recommending Hussain. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service. Hussain replaced a misted pane for us. He provided a quotation immediately after measuring up, and the glass was ready just a week later. He was flexible with the fitting time, arrived on time and the job was done within twenty minutes. It was one of those things that I've been meaning to fix for a while and Hussain made it easy. I called UPVC repairs and left a message as I had a broken window catch. Husain called me straight back and arranged to come and fix it. What lovely guys. They came exactly when they said they would, they were very courteous and friendly and got the job done in no time. Absolutely brilliant service at a very reasonable price. Absolutely amazing service as always. I have been using Hussain and his team for years now. Always reliable(he will give you a call if he's running more than 10 minutes late!), good quality work, very neat and tidy and will never advise you on work that doesn't need doing. Also the nicest and most polite person you could hope to meet. Over the years he has replaced for us full windows, blown individual double glazing panels, opened Edwardian sash windows which had been sealed shut for years, and repaired frames.
